The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma trucks, delivering 1.25-3" of adjustable front lift and 0.5" of rear lift through a matched set of 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a front differential drop kit, 2.5 Series remote reservoir rear shocks, and triple-rate rear coil springs. This kit is configured for 4WD Tacoma models; a 2WD-specific kit is in development.

Remote Reservoirs and 10-Setting Compression Adjustment
The front and rear 2.5 Series shocks in this system are equipped with ICON CDC Valves, externally adjustable valves that offer 10 discrete compression damping settings from soft to firm without removing the shock. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the cavitation and damper fade that can develop under sustained hard use on rough terrain. That combination of adjustability and thermal headroom means the system can be tuned for a loaded overlanding run or a faster, unladen trail day without swapping components.
Corrected Geometry Through the Full Range of Travel
The billet aluminum upper control arms restore and improve front-end geometry after the lift, with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment built in. The Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit rated for 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. The front differential drop kit (part 55160, included for 4WD) optimizes the CV joint operating angle at the new ride height and maximizes available front wheel travel, both factors that affect long-term driveline durability on lifted 4WD trucks.
Triple-Rate Rear Springs for Comfort and Bottoming Resistance
The rear triple-rate coil springs use progressively stiffer rates across droop, ride, and overload zones. The softer droop and ride rates keep daily driving comfortable; the firmer overload rate resists bottoming when the bed is loaded or the truck lands hard off a ledge. The rear 2.5 Series shocks use vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance with the front coilovers, so the truck's damping character stays consistent front to rear rather than feeling mismatched after a partial upgrade.
Features

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma 4WD owners who want a complete, matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade with adjustable lift, externally tunable damping, and corrected geometry for both on-road driving and off-road use. It accommodates OEM wheels and tires and supports fitment of up to 33x11.50" aftermarket tires without modification.
This kit is not compatible with Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs, nor with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). It is configured for 4WD models; the front differential drop kit (part 55160) is not needed for 2WD installation, and 2WD-specific complete kits are not yet available. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the rear axle after installation. Advertised lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added accessories or cargo weight will alter the realized lift range. This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (California Proposition 65).
Common Questions
Does this system work on a 2WD Tacoma?
The ICON Stage 5 system is configured for 4WD Tacoma models. On a 2WD Tacoma, the front differential drop kit (part 55160) is not needed, and the remaining suspension components can be purchased individually with full system functionality. A 2WD-specific complete kit is not yet available.
Is this kit compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension?
The ICON Stage 5 system for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. Buyers should confirm their Tacoma's suspension configuration before ordering.
Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installation?
Yes. The ICON Stage 5 system is confirmed compatible with OEM Tacoma wheels and tires. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends 17x8.5 wheels with 5.75" backspace or 18x9 wheels with 6.00" backspace, paired with up to 33x11.50" tires; larger tires may fit but require fender trimming and modifications.
What does the CDC Valve adjustment change, and how is it done?
Each shock in this Stage 5 system carries an externally adjustable CDC Valve that controls oil flow into the remote reservoir across 10 settings of compression damping force, ranging from softer and more compliant to firmer and more controlled. Adjustment is made externally without removing the shock from the vehicle.
Does installation require any recalibration or additional parts?
After installing the ICON Stage 5 system on a 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration. An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the rear axle, though it is not required. An installation guide is included with the system.
