The ICON Stage 5 Suspension System is a complete five-component upgrade for 2008-and-newer Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series trucks, delivering 2.5–3.5 inches of front lift height and 0–2 inches of rear lift through height-adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers, billet upper control arms, rear shocks, dual-rate rear coil springs, and billet lower trailing arms. The system is compatible with KDSS-equipped Land Cruisers and installs without cutting or welding.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Adjustable Lift With On-Trail Damping Control
The front coilovers are height-adjustable across a 1.5–3.5 inch range, letting the owner dial in ride height without swapping components. CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) technology on both the front coilovers and rear shocks allows compression damping adjustment by hand, without tools, so the driver can firm up the suspension for a loaded run or soften it for an unladen highway stretch at the trailhead rather than back in the shop.
Corrosion-Resistant Construction Built to Be Serviced
Front coilover shock bodies are CAD-plated for corrosion resistance and run 7/8-inch shafts. The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders, which resist corrosion and maintain a consistent finish over time. All shocks in the system are fully rebuildable and revalveable, so the investment can be serviced and retuned rather than replaced when valving needs change.
Geometry Correction Included
The billet aluminum upper control arms and billet lower trailing arms are part of the system, not sold separately. The lower trailing arms allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment, and the ICON-engineered dual-rate rear coil springs are tuned specifically for the 200 Series platform. The result is increased wheel travel and reduced body roll compared to the stock suspension without requiring any cutting or welding during installation.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2008-and-newer Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series owners who want a complete, geometry-correcting suspension upgrade with adjustable lift, tool-free damping control, and the ability to run OEM wheels and tires or recommended aftermarket fitments up to 34x10.50 inches without fender modification.
This system does not fit any Land Cruiser generation other than the 200 Series. On certain model years, trimming is required for front reservoir bracket fitment. Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts and windshield washer bottles. Tires larger than 34x10.50 inches may require fender trimming or additional modifications. California residents: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (Proposition 65).
Common Questions
Does this system work on Land Cruiser 200 Series trucks equipped with KDSS?
The ICON Stage 5 system is compatible with KDSS-equipped 200 Series Land Cruisers. On KDSS vehicles, the front sway bar relocation brackets included in the kit are not used. Note that certain model years within the 2008-and-up range require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
What lift height does this system provide?
The Stage 5 system provides 1.5–3.5 inches of front lift, adjustable via the height-adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers, and 0–2 inches of rear lift. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; actual ride height will vary with added weight or accessories.
Are the shocks rebuildable, and can damping be adjusted without tools?
All shocks in the Stage 5 system are fully rebuildable and revalveable. The front coilovers and rear shocks both use CDCV technology, which allows compression damping adjustment by hand without tools, making it practical to change the tune at the trailhead.
Does installation require cutting or welding?
The Stage 5 system is a bolt-on design and does not require cutting or welding for installation. An installation guide is included. On certain model years, trimming may be required specifically for the front reservoir bracket fitment.
What wheel and tire sizes are recommended with this system?
The Stage 5 system is confirmed to fit OEM wheels and tires. Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes are 17x8.5 inches with 5.75-inch backspace and 25mm offset, 18x9 inches with 6.00-inch backspace and 25mm offset, or 20x9 inches with 5.625-inch backspace and 16mm offset. Recommended tire size is 34x10.50 inches; larger tires may fit but could require fender trimming or modifications.
