The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Coilover System delivers 2.5–3 inches of front lift for 2008–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks (single rear wheel models only), pairing 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers with a full complement of front secondary shocks, rear piggyback shocks, an adjustable track bar, dual steering stabilizers, alignment cams, and rear leaf spring expansion packs, all tuned and tested as a matched system.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

External Damping Adjustment Without Removing a Wheel

Every shock and coilover in this Stage 5 system is equipped with ICON's CDC Valve, giving 10 distinct compression damping settings adjustable from outside the vehicle with no disassembly required. Dialing softer for a loaded highway run or firmer for a rough construction site takes seconds, and the adjustment holds until the driver changes it. That range of on-the-fly tuning is what separates a purpose-built system from a fixed-rate lift kit.

Remote and Piggyback Reservoirs for Sustained Performance

The 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers and front secondary shocks, along with the 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks, carry additional fluid volume away from the main shock body. Under repeated washboard or loaded towing on rough roads, that extra volume keeps fluid temperatures lower and damping forces more consistent. The result is predictable handling late in a long day rather than the fade that comes from an overheated shock.

Front Geometry Corrected, Not Just Lifted

The adjustable track bar with FK rod end allows the front axle to be centered precisely after the lift is set, reducing the deflection and bump steer that an unadjusted track bar introduces at lifted heights. Alignment cams correct caster to specification, and the dual 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizer kit controls wheel feedback on rough surfaces. Rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts add compliance and reduce axle wrap under acceleration, and towing capacity is unchanged from stock.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits owners of 2008–2010 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks with single rear wheels, particularly diesel-powered trucks used for towing, construction site driving, or mixed on- and off-road use, who want externally adjustable damping and a complete, geometry-corrected front and rear lift solution in one kit.

This system does not fit 2WD models, F-350 Cab and Chassis models, or dual rear wheel configurations. The leaf spring expansion packs are rated for diesel engines only. Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket. ICON track bar bracket part number 64039 is separately recommended to correct bump steer geometry for lifts of 2.5–5.5 inches and is not included in this kit. California residents: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (Proposition 65).

Common Questions

Does this system fit gas-powered F-250 or F-350 trucks?

The rear leaf spring expansion packs included in the ICON Stage 5 Coilover System are rated for diesel engines only. Buyers with gas-powered 2008–2010 F-250 or F-350 Super Duty trucks should confirm spring compatibility with a qualified installer before purchasing this kit.

Can the damping be adjusted without lifting the truck or removing wheels?

Yes. Every shock and coilover in this Stage 5 system uses ICON's CDC Valve, which provides 10 compression damping settings adjustable externally while the truck is on the ground, with no disassembly or wheel removal required.

Does installation require driveshaft modifications?

No driveshaft modifications are required for the ICON Stage 5 Coilover System on 2008–2010 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD trucks. Installation does require removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket as part of the coilover conversion.

What rear lift does this system provide on an F-250 versus an F-350?

On an F-250, the rear blocks in this Stage 5 system replace the OE rear blocks and add approximately 0.5 inch of rear lift over stock. On an F-350, the same components result in approximately 0.5 inch lower rear ride height compared to stock.

Is a separate track bar bracket needed?

The Stage 5 system includes an adjustable track bar with FK rod end. ICON track bar bracket part number 64039 is separately recommended to correct bump steer geometry when running 2.5–5.5 inches of front lift. That bracket is not included in this kit.
