The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Coilover Conversion System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks (single rear wheel, non-Cab & Chassis), delivering 2.5–3" of front lift on diesel models without the Tremor package, 1.5–2" on diesel Tremor models, 3–3.5" on gas models without Tremor, and 2–2.5" on gas Tremor models. The system ships as a matched set of twelve component assemblies and replaces the factory front coil and rear leaf arrangement with a fully adjustable, rebuildable coilover platform.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Adjustable Ride Height Without Compromise

The front coilovers bolt directly into the OEM coil bucket location (no cutting or custom fabrication required) and allow on-vehicle ride height adjustment across the full lift range. That adjustability matters in practice: a truck used for towing one week and trail running the next can be tuned for each role without pulling the suspension apart. All front and rear shocks in this system use ICON's Continuous Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology, giving 10 distinct compression settings from soft to firm that can be changed on the vehicle.

Radius Arms Built Around 37-Inch Tires

The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms replace the factory links and are profiled specifically for tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing a 37-inch tall tire to clear without contacting the arm. A sealed pivot bushing reduces road noise and is designed for long service life. On-vehicle caster adjustment is built into the radius arm system, so alignment can be corrected after the lift without separate eccentric bolts or cam kits.

Rear Compliance and Reduced Axle Wrap

The rear of the system pairs 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback reservoir shocks with leaf spring expansion packs, 1-inch cast blocks, and 12-inch U-bolts. The expansion packs add compliance to the factory leaf stack and reduce axle wrap under acceleration, a meaningful benefit on a truck that sees loaded towing or off-camber terrain. On F-250 models the blocks add approximately 0.5 inches of rear lift over stock; on F-350 models the same blocks lower rear ride height by approximately 0.5 inches compared to stock.

Features

  • Bolt-in front coilovers: fit OEM coil bucket location; coil centering cup removal required before installation
  • CDCV shock technology: front coilovers, front secondary shocks, and rear shocks all carry 10-setting compression damping adjustment
  • Dual 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizer kit: paired opposing stabilizers for smooth steering control
  • On-vehicle adjustable track bar: corrects axle placement after lift; bump steer bracket (part 64039) separately recommended
  • ICON-engineered coil and leaf springs: guaranteed against sagging or breakage; FK Rod End bearings throughout
  • Fully rebuildable and revalveable shocks: corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8-inch shafts; aluminum-cylinder secondary and rear shocks

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD owners (single rear wheel configuration only) who want a complete, matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade with adjustable ride height, on-vehicle damping tuning, and fitment for tires up to 35 inches without modification.

This system does not fit F-350 Cab & Chassis models, dual rear wheel Super Duty trucks, or two-wheel-drive variants. Trucks equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Trucks with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (part 66203). Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require part 611081. The bump steer bracket (part 64039) and stainless brake line kit (part 61111) are sold separately and recommended but not included.

Common Questions

Will this system fit my F-350 dually or Cab & Chassis?

The ICON Stage 5 K63205RL system fits single rear wheel F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD models only. F-350 Cab & Chassis and dual rear wheel configurations are not compatible with this kit.

How much lift will I actually get?

Front lift on this Stage 5 system depends on powertrain and Tremor package: diesel without Tremor gains 2.5–3", diesel with Tremor gains 1.5–2", gas without Tremor gains 3–3.5", and gas with Tremor gains 2–2.5". All figures are over a stock-equipped vehicle. Rear lift is approximately +0.5" on F-250 and -0.5" on F-350 compared to stock.

What tire size fits after installing this system?

The ICON Stage 5 system's fabricated radius arms are profiled to clear a 37-inch tall tire at full steering lock without contact. The recommended aftermarket tire size is 35" x 12.50"; 37" x 12.50" tires may fit but fender trimming and other modifications will be required.

Do the shocks have adjustable damping?

Yes. The front coilovers, front secondary shocks, and rear piggyback shocks all use ICON's CDCV (Continuous Damping Control Valve) technology, providing 10 compression damping settings adjustable on the vehicle from soft to firm without removal.

Are there any required add-ons not included in the kit?

Trucks with OnBoard Scales require sensor bracket part 66203 (sold separately). Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require part 611081. ADAS-equipped trucks require professional recalibration after installation. The bump steer bracket (part 64039) and stainless brake line kit (part 61111) are recommended but sold separately.
