The ICON Stage 5 Coilover Conversion System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks, delivering 4–5.5 inches of ride-height-adjustable lift with vehicle-specific shock valving tuned for both on-road comfort and off-road performance. Springs in this system are rated for diesel-engine applications only.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Height Adjustability Without Compromise
The front coilover conversion mounts in the factory coil bucket location, so the truck gains a bolt-in upgrade path without custom fabrication. Ride height is adjustable across the full 4–5.5 inch range, letting the owner dial in stance and clearance as loads, tires, or terrain change. The coilover design also accommodates the addition of a secondary shock when more damping control is needed.
Components Built to Last in the Field
Front coilover shock bodies are CAD-plated for corrosion resistance and carry a 7/8-inch shaft. Rear shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for consistent finish and long-term corrosion resistance. Eibach coil springs are guaranteed for life against sagging or breakage. FK rod end bearings on the adjustable track bar reduce deflection and extend service life. Every shock in the system is fully rebuildable and revalveable, so the investment survives multiple seasons of hard use.
A Full System, Not a Parts Collection
The Stage 5 kit ships as a matched set of components covering the front and rear of the truck. The front receives a 4.5" box kit, the bolt-in 2.5 VS RR CDCV coilover conversion, an adjustable track bar with FK rod end, front upper and lower links, a 4-link frame bracket kit, and a dual stabilizer kit with two 2.0 VS IR stabilizers. The rear receives a 5" block kit, a 17" U-bolt kit, and a 3–6" rear 2.5 VS PB CDCV shock pair. All components ship together under one SKU.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD owners running diesel engines who want a complete, ride-height-adjustable front-and-rear suspension upgrade in the 4–5.5 inch lift range, with components engineered to work together as a matched set.
The springs in this system are rated for diesel engines only and are not appropriate for gas-engine F-250/F-350 applications. Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket. Trucks equipped with Wide Steer require an additional stabilizer (part number 66515, quantity 2) not included in this kit. Tires larger than 35x12.50 may require fender trimming and modifications.
Common Questions
Will this system work on a gas-engine F-250 or F-350?
The ICON Stage 5 Coilover Conversion System's springs are rated for diesel engines only. Gas-engine 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks are not a supported application for this kit.
Does installation require any factory parts to be removed or modified?
Yes. Installing the ICON Stage 5 Coilover Conversion System requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket before the front coilover can be seated. Standard (non-Wide Steer) trucks require no other factory modifications for installation.
My truck has Wide Steer. Is anything extra needed?
Wide Steer-equipped F-250 and F-350 trucks require two additional stabilizers (ICON part number 66515, quantity 2) that are not included in the Stage 5 kit. These must be purchased separately before installation can be completed on a Wide Steer truck.
Are the shocks serviceable after installation?
All shocks in the ICON Stage 5 Coilover Conversion System are fully rebuildable and revalveable. This means the damping characteristics can be adjusted by a qualified shop, and worn seals or internals can be replaced rather than requiring full shock replacement.
What does this kit actually include?
The Stage 5 kit includes a front 4.5" box kit, a bolt-in 2.5 VS RR CDCV coilover conversion, an adjustable track bar with FK rod end, front upper and lower links, a 4-link frame bracket kit, a dual stabilizer kit with two 2.0 VS IR stabilizers, a 5" rear block kit, a 17" U-bolt kit, and a rear 2.5 VS PB CDCV shock pair. The system ships in multiple boxes.
