Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Stage 5 Billet Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD trucks, delivering 2.75–3.5" of front lift height over stock through vehicle-specific 2.5" CDEV coilovers, billet Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks. PowerBoost hybrid models achieve 2.5–3.25" of front lift; Power Stroke diesel models achieve 2.25–3" of front lift. The system is sold as four matched components and requires no cutting or welding to install.

Active Damping That Reads the Road
Every shock in this system carries ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system reads G-forces and chassis movement through onboard sensors and makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each individual shock without driver input. When conditions change mid-trail, the system responds before a driver could react manually. Settings can also be configured wirelessly through the IIC app on an iOS device, giving the driver direct control over damping character on the fly. The front coilovers add remote reservoirs for sustained shock cooling during extended off-road use.
Billet Upper Control Arms With Delta Joint PRO
The billet aluminum upper control arms use ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO articulation joint, which combines factory-style ball joint durability with motorsports-grade strength. The Delta Joint PRO delivers a full 90 degrees of articulation. That represents a 14% improvement in range of motion over the standard Delta Joint, allowing bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel. The chromoly ball and shaft are hardened to Rockwell C 55, and the graphite-impregnated sintered metal races are machined to tight tolerances for a metal-to-metal bearing interface. Any individual component can be removed, inspected, and replaced without replacing the entire joint. The arms also retain factory alignment spec range and provide caster and camber adjustability.
Matched Front-to-Rear Valving
The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks use vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance the rear damping character against the front coilovers. The result is consistent truck behavior from front to rear rather than a front-biased upgrade that leaves the rear feeling disconnected. All shock shafts are 7/8" hardened chromed steel. Coilover bodies are CAD-plated for corrosion resistance. All CNC-machined components are 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. FK rod end bearings are used throughout for longevity and minimal deflection.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD owners who want a significant lift, measurably more wheel travel, and active electronic damping control for mixed on-road and off-road driving. It accommodates larger wheel and tire combinations, with aftermarket wheels at lower offset and less backspace recommended over OE fitments.
This system does not fit F-150 2WD, F-150 Tremor, or F-150 Raptor models. It is not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension, OnBoard Scales-equipped trucks, or aftermarket steering knuckles. Trucks equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps require an additional bracket kit (part 611071, sold separately). ADAS recalibration is required after installation. The IIC app requires an iOS device. California residents: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (Proposition 65).
Common Questions
Does this system work on the F-150 Raptor or Tremor?
The ICON Stage 5 Billet system does not fit the F-150 Raptor or F-150 Tremor. It is designed for standard 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD models only, and is also incompatible with trucks equipped with factory electronic suspension or OnBoard Scales.
What lift height does this system provide on a PowerBoost hybrid or Power Stroke diesel F-150?
On PowerBoost hybrid-equipped F-150 models, the Stage 5 Billet system provides 2.5–3.25" of front lift over stock. On Power Stroke diesel models, the front lift range is 2.25–3". Standard gasoline models achieve the full 2.75–3.5" front lift range.
Is any cutting or welding required to install this system?
The ICON Stage 5 Billet system is a 100% bolt-on design: no cutting or welding is required for installation. ADAS recalibration is required after install, and trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps need an additional bracket kit (part 611071, sold separately).
How does ICON Intelligent Control work, and what device does it require?
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement, then makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each shock automatically. Drivers can also configure settings wirelessly through the IIC app. The IIC app requires an iOS-operated device; Android is not supported.
Are the shocks and Delta Joint PRO serviceable after installation?
All shocks in this system are fully serviceable. The Delta Joint PRO upper control arm joint is rebuildable by individual component. The ball, shaft, and races can each be removed, inspected, and replaced without purchasing a complete new joint.
