The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System is a complete, bolt-on lift and performance suspension kit for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco four-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift with up to 11.5" of front travel and 14" of rear travel when paired with 35x12.50 tires. The kit ships as four matched assemblies: front 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, billet aluminum rear lower suspension links, and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers with heavy-rate coil springs.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoir Coilovers Built for Sustained Off-Road Use

The front and rear coilovers use custom-valved remote reservoirs that substantially increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area compared to standard monotube designs. That added thermal capacity resists the cavitation and damper fade that degrade ride control when a shock runs hot through repeated hard hits on washboard, rock ledges, or high-speed desert terrain. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and 7/8" diameter shafts are designed for long service life in the conditions a Bronco is likely to encounter. Shocks are fully serviceable.

Billet Aluminum Control Arms and Rear Links for Articulation and Geometry

The billet aluminum upper control arms provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability so alignment can be dialed in after the lift without removing the arms. Each UCA uses ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. That range of motion is a meaningful increase over a conventional ball joint that would bind under the suspension travel this system is designed to use. The billet rear lower suspension links add adjustable pinion angle correction and on-vehicle length adjustment. One end uses dual-durometer greaseless bushings; the other uses FK rod ends. Replaceable rock skids protect the links on technical terrain.

Heavy-Rate Rear Springs for Loaded Broncos

The rear coilovers are mounted shaft-up and use ICON's progressive dual-rate coil springs in a heavy-rate tune. This spring selection is optimized for Broncos carrying extra gear, a rooftop tent, or other rear-loaded weight. Buyers should note that heavy-rate springs produce a slight positive rake (nose-down attitude) when the Bronco is unloaded. Buyers who run their Bronco lightly loaded should consider whether the standard-rate spring variant better suits their use.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a significant lift, maximum suspension travel, and the geometry correction needed to run 35" tires reliably on and off-road. The heavy-rate rear spring tune is specifically suited to Broncos that regularly carry substantial rear loads: overland gear, rooftop tents, or recovery equipment.

This kit does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Sasquatch-equipped Bronco. OEM wheels are not compatible with this system. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately, and crash bar removal may be required. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications may be required in those cases. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to the front coilovers.

Common Questions

Does this kit fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or Sasquatch-equipped Broncos?

No. The ICON Stage 5 system for the non-Sasquatch Bronco is engineered and fitment-tested specifically for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos without the Sasquatch Package. It does not fit the Bronco Raptor. A separate ICON system exists for Sasquatch-equipped vehicles.

Can this suspension system be used with 37" tires?

The ICON Stage 5 system can be safely used with 37" and larger tires, but doing so requires the optional ICON up-travel limiters (part #611075 for the front, part #611074 for the rear), which are sold separately. Crash bar removal may also be required when running 37" tires, though it is not recommended without a replacement crash bar solution.

What is included in the Stage 5 kit?

The Stage 5 kit includes four assemblies: front 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers (kit 48700), billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO (kit 48500DJ), billet aluminum rear lower suspension link kit (kit 44000), and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers with heavy-rate springs (kit 48711). No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation.

Why do the heavy-rate rear springs produce a nose-down rake when unloaded?

The heavy-rate rear coil springs in this Stage 5 variant are tuned to support additional rear weight from gear, rooftop tents, or recovery equipment. When the Bronco is unloaded, those stiffer springs hold the rear higher than the front, producing a slight positive rake. Buyers who run their Bronco without significant rear loads may prefer the standard-rate spring variant.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this suspension system?

Yes. The ICON Stage 5 system changes the vehicle's ride height and suspension geometry, which affects the calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems on the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco. ADAS recalibration is required after installation and should be performed by a qualified shop with the appropriate equipment.
