The ICON Stage 5 Billet Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2023–2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, and Elevation and Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss trucks, delivering 1.75–2.5" of adjustable front lift and 10.25" of total front wheel travel (a 20% increase over stock) through a matched set of 2.5 Series CDCV coilovers, billet upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO ball joints, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Extended Travel Where It Counts

The 2.5 Series front coilovers are tuned specifically for the wider track width of the Canyon and Colorado Trail Boss, so the geometry that governs steering feel and tire clearance is correct from the start rather than adapted from a narrower platform. Front wheel travel reaches 10.25" from full compression to full extension, a 20% increase over stock, which means the suspension can absorb larger impacts without topping or bottoming out, keeping the tires in contact with the ground longer on broken terrain and reducing the jarring that transfers into the cab on high-speed dirt roads.

10-Setting Compression Damping, Front and Rear

All four shocks in this system, the front coilovers and the rear piggyback shocks, carry an ICON CDC Valve. The CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir, creating 10 discrete levels of compression damping force. That range lets the driver dial in a softer setting for daily highway use and a firmer setting for off-road runs without removing a wheel or pulling a shock. Remote reservoirs on the front coilovers add fluid capacity and surface area for heat dissipation, sustaining consistent damping on extended off-road sections where a standard shock body would fade.

Billet Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

The billet aluminum upper control arms replace the factory units and are necessary to accommodate the extended travel coilovers. Without them, the additional wheel travel would bind against the factory arm's range of motion. The Delta Joint PRO ball joint at the knuckle end combines a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55 with graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, giving it 90 degrees of total articulation: 14% more than ICON's standard Delta Joint and 56% more bearing surface. The joint is fully rebuildable: individual components can be removed, inspected, and replaced without replacing the entire joint. On-vehicle caster and camber adjustment is built into the arm, helping retain factory alignment specifications after the lift is set.

Features

  • Adjustable front lift: 1.75–2.5" over stock, height set at the coilover collar
  • 10-level CDC Valve damping: externally adjustable compression damping on all four shocks
  • Delta Joint PRO UCAs: billet aluminum arms with rebuildable chromoly ball joint, 90° articulation, on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
  • Remote reservoir front coilovers: CDCV-equipped 2.5 Series units tuned for ultra-wide stance track width
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks: piggyback reservoir, vehicle-specific valving, compatible with 0–1" of rear lift
  • 100% bolt-on installation: no drilling, cutting, or welding required

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, or Elevation owners and 2023–2026 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss owners who want a bolt-on lift between 1.75" and 2.5", a meaningful increase in front wheel travel, and externally adjustable damping for mixed on-road and off-road use. Factory wheels and tires fit; the recommended aftermarket sizing is 17x8.5" wheels and 35x12.50" tires.

This system does not fit the Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, Z71, or ZR2, or the GMC Canyon AT4X. It is designed exclusively for ultra-wide stance vehicles and is only compatible with OE steering knuckles; aftermarket steering knuckles cannot be used. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. California residents: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (Proposition 65).

Common Questions

Which exact truck trims does this system fit?

The ICON Stage 5 Billet system fits 2023–2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, and Elevation and 2023–2026 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss. It does not fit the Colorado WT, LT, Z71, or ZR2, or the Canyon AT4X. The system is engineered for ultra-wide stance vehicles only.

How much front lift does this system provide, and is it adjustable?

The front coilovers in this Stage 5 system are height adjustable from 1.75" to 2.5" of lift over stock. Lift height is set at the coilover collar and is intended for a stock-equipped vehicle; actual lift on a modified truck may differ.

Can I adjust the damping without removing the shocks?

Yes. All four shocks in this system, the front coilovers and the rear piggyback shocks, include an ICON CDC Valve providing 10 externally adjustable levels of compression damping. Adjustments are made at the valve body without removing the shock from the vehicle.

Does this system require any cutting, welding, or drilling?

No. The ICON Stage 5 Billet system installs with 100% bolt-on hardware; no drilling, cutting, or welding is required. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after installation, and the system must be used with OE steering knuckles only.

What does the Delta Joint PRO offer over a standard ball joint?

The Delta Joint PRO in the billet upper control arms provides 90 degrees of total articulation, which is 14% more range of motion than ICON's standard Delta Joint, along with 56% more bearing surface. The joint is fully rebuildable: individual components can be replaced without purchasing a complete new joint, and the chromoly ball is hardened to Rockwell C 55.
