The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Tubular Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models equipped with the Sasquatch Package, delivering 2–3" of front lift and 1.25–2.25" of rear lift over stock ride height on 4-door Broncos. The system includes four matched components: front and rear 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilover kits, tubular upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO, and an OEM rear link hose routing kit.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Remote Reservoirs for Sustained Performance
The front and rear 2.5 Series coilovers in this Stage 4 system are custom-valved and fitted with remote reservoirs, which substantially increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area compared to standard coilovers. Under sustained hard use (repeated high-speed hits, rocky descents, or loaded trail runs), that additional capacity resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade. The result is more consistent damping response deep into a run, not just on the first few impacts. Shock bodies are corrosion-resistant CAD-plated and built around 7/8" diameter shafts.
Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO for Caster Correction
Lifting a Bronco changes caster geometry; the included tubular upper control arms restore correct caster and improve alignment for everyday drivability. Each arm features ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation, more than a conventional ball joint, so the suspension can move through its full travel without binding. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pins are used throughout. Components are machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum where applicable.
Triple-Rate Rear Coils and Maximum Travel
The rear coilovers are oriented shaft-up and paired with ICON-engineered triple-rate coil springs. The progressive spring rate delivers a compliant initial feel over small bumps while building resistance as travel increases, optimizing both ride quality and bottoming resistance for a near-stock-weight Bronco. With 35×12.50 tires, the system is designed to provide up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel. The entire system installs without drilling, cutting, or welding.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners with the Sasquatch Package who want a significant lift, maximum suspension travel, and sustained damping performance on demanding trails or at speed over rough terrain. It is compatible with OEM wheels and tires and is designed to work with 35×12.50 tires at full travel figures; 37" and larger tires are also supported with the addition of up-travel limiters (part 611075 front, part 611074 rear, sold separately).
This system does not fit the Bronco Raptor. Lift heights and travel figures are based on Sasquatch-equipped vehicles; 2-door Broncos will sit taller than the stated range, and the Bronco Everglades will see a front lift range of 1.5–2.5" rather than 2–3". Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers. Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock-weight Broncos; adding significant rear weight will reduce ride height below the advertised range. When running factory lower links, use hose routing kit part 611072 (included).
Common Questions
Does this system fit the Bronco Raptor or 2-door Bronco?
The ICON Stage 4 Tubular system does not fit the Bronco Raptor. It is compatible with 2-door Broncos, but 2-door models will sit taller than the 2–3" front / 1.25–2.25" rear lift range stated for 4-door Sasquatch-equipped Broncos. The Bronco Everglades will see a front lift range of 1.5–2.5" over stock rather than the full 2–3".
What tire sizes work with this suspension system?
The ICON Stage 4 Tubular system is designed to provide up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear travel with 35×12.50 tires. It can be used safely with 37" and larger tires, but doing so requires adding up-travel limiters (part 611075 for the front, part 611074 for the rear), which are sold separately.
Is any cutting, drilling, or welding required to install this kit?
The ICON Stage 4 Tubular suspension system is a 100% bolt-on system. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. ICON provides an installation guide with the kit. Note that Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require professional recalibration after the suspension is installed.
What components are included in the Stage 4 Tubular kit?
The kit includes four matched components: a front 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilover kit (48700), a tubular upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO (48400DJ), an OEM rear link hose routing kit (611072), and a rear 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilover kit (48710). Up-travel limiters, a spanner wrench, bump stop spacers, and other accessories shown on the product page are sold separately.
Will the rear reservoir brackets clear aftermarket rock sliders or steps?
Rear reservoir brackets on the ICON Stage 4 Tubular system may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts. Modifications to those aftermarket components may be required. Fitment testing was conducted with ICON and OEM steering components; certain aftermarket steering parts may also have clearance issues with the front coilovers.
