The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Tubular Suspension System fits 2021-2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package and delivers 3-4" of front lift and 2-3" of rear lift over stock, with up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when running 35x12.50 tires. The kit includes four assemblies: front 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilover kit, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, OEM rear link hose routing kit, and rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilover kit.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoirs for Sustained Performance

The front and rear 2.5 VS coilovers in this Stage 4 kit are custom-valved and fitted with remote reservoirs, which increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under hard use at speed through rough terrain, that added capacity resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade in standard shocks. For a Bronco driven hard off-road rather than just lifted for looks, the remote reservoir design means the suspension keeps working consistently through long runs, not just the first few miles.

Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO

The tubular upper control arms provide caster correction alongside the increased travel and lift height the coilovers make possible. Each UCA features ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. That range of movement keeps the front suspension geometry working through the full travel range without binding, which matters when the front wheels are dropping into or climbing out of uneven terrain. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pins are used throughout.

Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting or Welding

The Stage 4 system is a 100% bolt-on kit, requiring no drilling, cutting, or welding. Coilover bodies are corrosion-resistant CAD-plated with 7/8" diameter shafts, and components are CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. The rear shocks are oriented shaft-up with triple-rate coil springs optimized for ride quality at near-stock vehicle weight; as weight is added to the rear, ride height will be lower than the advertised figure. Shocks are fully serviceable. ADAS recalibration is required after installation.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This Stage 4 Tubular system suits 2021-2026 Ford Bronco owners without the Sasquatch Package who want a high-travel, remote-reservoir suspension upgrade for serious off-road use, with 3-4" of front lift and the ability to run 35" or 37" tires. Two-door Bronco owners should expect to sit taller than the advertised lift figures.

This kit does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Running 37" tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances around the front coilovers; fitment testing was done with ICON and OEM steering components only. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications may be required. ADAS recalibration is required after installation and is not included. The factory crash bars on Non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part #42000) is available separately for those who want to retain crash bar functionality.

Common Questions

Does this kit fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or Sasquatch-equipped Bronco?

The ICON Stage 4 Tubular Suspension System is designed specifically for 2021-2026 Ford Broncos without the Sasquatch Package. It does not fit the Bronco Raptor or any Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package.

Can I run 37" tires with this suspension system?

The Stage 4 Tubular system can be safely used with 37" and larger tires when optional up-travel limiters are installed (part #611075 for the front, part #611074 for the rear), both sold separately. Crash bar removal may also be required when running 37" tires.

What components are included in this kit?

The Stage 4 Tubular kit includes four assemblies: the front 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilover kit (48700), the tubular upper control arm Delta Joint PRO kit (48400DJ), the OEM rear link hose routing kit (611072), and the rear 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilover kit (48710). Accessories such as up-travel limiters, crash bars, and the adjustable track bar are sold separately.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this suspension system?

Yes. The ICON Stage 4 Tubular Suspension System requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. This recalibration is not included with the kit and must be performed separately, typically by a qualified shop with the appropriate diagnostic equipment.

Will the lift heights be accurate on a 2-door Bronco or a heavily loaded vehicle?

Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped 4-door Non-Sasquatch Bronco. Two-door models will sit taller than the advertised figures. The triple-rate rear coil springs are optimized for near-stock vehicle weight; as weight is added to the rear of the vehicle, ride height will be lower than the advertised rear lift figure.
