The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Tubular Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2023-2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, and Elevation and Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss trucks, delivering 1.75-2.5" of adjustable front lift and a 20% increase in front wheel travel over stock. The system includes three matched components: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers, Tubular Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks, tuned together for balanced on-road and off-road performance.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

More Travel, Better Control

The 2.5" front coilovers are built with extended travel geometry specific to the wider track width of the Canyon and Colorado Trail Boss, bringing total front wheel travel to 10.25" from full compression to full extension. That additional travel keeps the tires in contact with uneven terrain longer, reducing the jarring transfers that wear out a driver on long off-road runs. Remote reservoirs add cooling capacity so damping stays consistent late in a trail day when heat builds in a standard shock body.

Delta Joint PRO Upper Control Arms

The tubular upper control arms use ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO articulation joint, which provides a full 90 degrees of articulation, a 14% improvement in range of motion over the standard Delta Joint. That range of motion is what allows the extended-travel coilovers to operate without bind through the complete suspension cycle. The chromoly ball and shaft are hardened to Rockwell C 55, and the graphite-impregnated sintered metal races are machined to close tolerance for a metal-to-metal bearing interface. Any component of the Delta Joint PRO can be removed, inspected, and replaced individually without replacing the entire joint. The arms also increase caster over stock, helping retain factory alignment specifications after the lift is installed.

Balanced Front-to-Rear Tune

The 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks are valved specifically for this application, providing increased damping and heat dissipation at the rear to match the performance of the front coilovers. The rear shocks support 0-1" of rear lift over stock. All shock shafts in the system measure 7/8" diameter, and coilover bodies carry a corrosion-resistant CAD plating. Lower bar pins are CNC-machined from high-strength alloy, and FK rod end bearings are used for extended longevity and minimal deflection.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023-2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, or Elevation owners and 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss owners who want 1.75-2.5" of front lift, meaningfully more front wheel travel, and a matched front-to-rear damping upgrade for mixed on-road and off-road use. It is designed specifically for the ultra-wide stance track width of these trims and installs without cutting or welding.

This system does not fit the GMC Canyon AT4X, or the Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, Z71, or ZR2. It is not compatible with aftermarket steering knuckles. OE steering knuckles are required. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after installation. The rear shocks in this system support a maximum of 1" of rear lift over stock.

Common Questions

Which exact truck trims does this Stage 4 Tubular system fit?

The ICON Stage 4 Tubular system fits 2023-2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, and Elevation and 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss. It does not fit the GMC Canyon AT4X or the Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, Z71, or ZR2. Fitment is limited to trucks with OE (factory) steering knuckles.

How much front lift does this system provide, and is it adjustable?

The Stage 4 Tubular system provides 1.75-2.5" of front lift over stock. The 2.5" coilovers are height-adjustable within that range, so the final ride height can be set to suit the owner's preference and tire clearance needs. Lift heights are measured from a stock-equipped vehicle baseline.

What happens to front wheel travel after installing this system?

Front wheel travel increases to 10.25" total from full compression to full extension, which is a 20% improvement over the stock suspension. The extended travel is made possible by the Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, whose 90-degree articulation range allows the coilovers to move through their full stroke without bind.

Does the Delta Joint PRO need to be replaced as a complete unit when it wears?

No. The Delta Joint PRO in the ICON tubular upper control arms uses a rebuildable design: the ball, races, and seals can each be removed, inspected, and replaced individually without purchasing a complete new joint. The chromoly ball and shaft are hardened to Rockwell C 55, and the races are graphite-impregnated sintered metal.

Is any cutting, drilling, or welding required to install this system?

No. The ICON Stage 4 Tubular system is a 100% bolt-on suspension upgrade for the 2023-2026 GMC Canyon and Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required. ADAS recalibration is required after installation, and OE steering knuckles must remain in place.
