The ICON Stage 4 Suspension System delivers a 2.5-inch lift for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks equipped with gasoline engines, combining dual-rate coil springs, fabricated radius arms, an adjustable front track bar, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV shocks front and rear, and rear leaf spring expansion packs into a single 100% bolt-on package. Fitment covers single-rear-wheel 4WD Crew Cab gas models; lift heights are based on that configuration.

External Damping Adjustment Without Removing a Wheel

Front and rear shocks in this system carry ICON's CDC Valve technology, giving drivers 10 distinct compression damping settings adjustable from outside the vehicle, with no disassembly required. That range spans soft to hard, so the same truck that rides comfortably loaded on the highway can be firmed up for a washboard forest road or a loaded job-site run without a shop visit. The shocks are also fully rebuildable and re-tunable, protecting the long-term investment.

Radius Arms Built Around Tire Clearance and Caster Control

The fabricated, fully-boxed radius arms use a sealed pivot bushing that reduces road feedback and resists wear for quiet, long-term operation. The boxed profile is shaped specifically to clear a 37-inch tall tire at full steering lock, a meaningful advantage for owners planning larger rubber. On-vehicle caster adjustment means alignment can be dialed in without pulling the arms, and no driveshaft modifications are required to complete the installation.

Rear Compliance Without Sacrificing Tow Capacity

Leaf spring expansion packs, blocks, and U-bolts work together to reduce axle wrap and soften the rear ride over rough surfaces. The system replaces OE rear blocks, adding 0.5 inches of rear lift on F-250 models; on F-350 models the rear ride height is 0.5 inches lower than stock. ICON states towing capacity is unchanged from stock. Springs carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breaking.

Features

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system is designed for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks in 4WD configuration with a gasoline engine and single rear wheels, including owners who tow regularly, run job-site duty, or want improved off-road capability with external damping control and room for up to 35-inch tires without modification.

This system does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models, dual-rear-wheel (dually) configurations, or diesel-powered Super Duty trucks. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift rather than 2.5 inches. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Trucks with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (ICON part 66203); trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps or OnBoard Scales also require ICON part 611081. A steering stabilizer, bump steer correction bracket, and extended brake lines are not included and are available separately.

Common Questions

Does this system fit diesel-powered F-250 and F-350 trucks?

No. The ICON Stage 4 system with this part number is built specifically for gasoline-engine Super Duty trucks. The dual-rate coil springs are rated for gas engine weight, and diesel-powered F-250 and F-350 models require a different ICON system with springs tuned for the heavier diesel powertrain.

Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installation?

Yes. The ICON Stage 4 system is confirmed compatible with OEM wheels and tires. For owners upgrading to aftermarket wheels, ICON recommends 17x8.5-inch wheels with 5-inch backspace / 6mm offset, 18x9-inch with 5.25-inch backspace / 6mm offset, or 20x9-inch with 5.25-inch backspace / 6mm offset.

What tire size will clear without modification?

The ICON Stage 4 system accommodates 35x12.50-inch tires without modification. A 37x12.50-inch tire may fit, but fender trimming and additional modifications are required. The fabricated radius arms are profiled to clear a 37-inch tire at full steering lock, but body clearance is a separate consideration.

How does the CDC Valve damping adjustment work?

The CDC Valve on each shock provides 10 positions of compression damping adjustment accessible from outside the vehicle without removing wheels or disassembling the shock. Turning the adjuster moves the setting from soft (more compliant, better for rough terrain) to hard (firmer, better for highway towing or reduced body roll).

Are there additional parts required for trucks with OnBoard Scales or Dynamic Bending Headlamps?

Yes. F-250/F-350 trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require ICON sensor bracket part number 66203 in addition to this system. Trucks equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require ICON part number 611081. These are sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required on all vehicles after installation.

Does installation require cutting, welding, or driveshaft modifications?

No. The ICON Stage 4 system is a 100% bolt-on installation with no drilling, cutting, or welding required, and no driveshaft modifications are needed. An extended brake line kit (ICON part 61111) is optional for owners who prefer not to re-bend the factory steel lines or want a braided stainless upgrade, but it is not required to complete the installation.
