The ICON Stage 4 Suspension System lifts 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks 2.5 inches over stock and replaces the front coil springs, radius arms, track bar, and front and rear shocks with a fully engineered, bolt-on package. Front and rear shocks include ICON's CDC Valve technology, giving drivers 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings without removing a wheel. The system ships as five matched components tuned together for diesel-loaded trucks.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tunable Damping Without Lifting a Wrench

Both the front remote reservoir and rear piggyback reservoir shocks carry ICON's CDC Valve, adjustable on the vehicle across 10 settings from soft to firm. A driver can soften the ride for an empty highway run and stiffen it for a loaded tow or a rough trail, all without scheduling shop time or pulling the shocks. Because the front and rear shocks are tuned as a matched set, adjustments track consistently across the axles.

Radius Arms Built Around Tire Clearance and Caster

The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms replace the factory units with a design that allows on-vehicle caster adjustment and a profile optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock. A 37-inch tall tire clears the radius arm at full lock; tires larger than 37 inches may require fender trimming and additional modifications. The sealed pivot bushing reduces road noise transmitted into the cab and is designed for long service life without routine lubrication.

Diesel-Rated Springs and Proper Axle Placement

The dual-rate coil springs in this system are rated specifically for diesel-engine load, not carried over from a gas-truck tune. The included adjustable front track bar corrects axle placement after the lift, reducing the lateral offset that a straight-bar track bar introduces at ride height. ICON states the system produces less body roll than stock and does not require driveshaft modifications.

Features

  • 10-setting CDC Valve damping: front remote reservoir and rear piggyback shocks both adjustable on the vehicle, soft to firm
  • Diesel-optimized dual-rate coil springs: rated for diesel engine weight, provide 2.5" of front lift over stock
  • Fabricated fully boxed radius arms: on-vehicle caster adjustment, sealed pivot bushing, 37" tire clearance at full steering lock
  • Adjustable front track bar: corrects axle placement and improves handling after lift
  • 100% bolt-on installation: no drilling, cutting, or welding required; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable
  • Lifetime spring guarantee: ICON guarantees the springs against sag or breakage

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits owners of 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty trucks with a 4WD drivetrain and a diesel engine who want 2.5 inches of front lift, externally tunable damping, and improved tire clearance for towing, job-site work, or off-road driving. It is compatible with OEM wheels and tires and does not require driveshaft modifications.

This system does not fit 2WD models, gas-engine Super Duty trucks, or F-350 Cab and Chassis configurations. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift rather than 2.5 inches. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require professional recalibration after installation. Trucks equipped with Ford's OnBoard Scales system also require a separate sensor bracket (ICON part 66203), not included. The brake line kit (ICON part 61111) is optional and sold separately.

Common Questions

Does this system fit a gas-engine F-250 or F-350?

No. The ICON Stage 4 system for 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty includes dual-rate coil springs rated specifically for diesel engine weight. The system is not compatible with gas-engine Super Duty trucks; ICON offers separate systems for gas applications.

Will this fit my F-350 Cab and Chassis?

No. The ICON Stage 4 system (K65893R) is not compatible with F-350 Cab and Chassis models. It fits standard F-250 and F-350 Super Duty cab configurations with a 4WD drivetrain and diesel engine only.

How much lift will a Tremor-package truck actually get?

Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift over stock with this system, rather than the 2.5 inches achieved on a standard 4WD Crew Cab diesel. ICON states this difference is due to the Tremor's factory suspension geometry.

Does installation require cutting, drilling, or welding?

No. The ICON Stage 4 system is a 100% bolt-on installation with no drilling, cutting, or welding required. Driveshaft modifications are also not required. ICON does note that Advanced Driver Assistance Systems must be professionally recalibrated after the lift is installed.

What is the CDC Valve, and how do I adjust it?

The CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valve is an externally accessible adjuster built into the front remote reservoir and rear piggyback shocks. With the truck on the ground and wheels in place, the valve can be turned through 10 settings ranging from soft to firm, allowing the driver to tune ride character for different loads or terrain without removing the shocks.

What tires will clear the radius arms at full steering lock?

The fabricated radius arms in this system are profiled to clear a 37-inch tall tire at full steering lock without contact. Tires larger than 37 inches may fit but will require fender trimming and additional modifications. ICON recommends 35x12.50" tires as the primary fitment.
