The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System for the 2008-and-up Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series delivers 1.5–3.5 inches of adjustable lift height through a four-component kit: front and rear 2.5 Series remote-reservoir CDCV coilovers, a 1.75-inch dual-rate rear coil spring kit, and billet aluminum lower trailing arms, engineered as a bolt-on upgrade with no cutting or welding required.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Tuned Damping Front and Rear
The front 2.5 Series coilover kit and rear 2.5 Series remote-reservoir shock pair are vehicle-specifically tuned for the Land Cruiser 200's weight and geometry. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8-inch shafts and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders on the rear units resist the wear that comes with repeated off-road use. Because the shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable, the system can be serviced and retuned rather than replaced when conditions or build goals change.
Compression Damping Without Tools
CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) technology lets the driver adjust compression damping quickly without removing a tool from the cab. Damping can be softened for a loaded highway run and firmed up for a rocky trail without stopping to reach under the vehicle, a practical advantage on multi-day overlanding trips where conditions change frequently.
Rear Spring and Link Geometry
The 1.75-inch dual-rate rear coil spring kit is ICON-engineered specifically for the 200 Series, providing a progressive rate that handles light loads without harshness and heavier loads without bottoming. The billet aluminum lower trailing arm kit adds on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment so driveline geometry can be corrected at lift without pulling the axle, and body roll is reduced compared to the stock setup.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2008-and-up Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series owners who want a bolt-on lift and damping upgrade, from daily drivers that see occasional dirt to dedicated overlanders running loaded rigs on extended trips. KDSS-equipped vehicles are compatible; the front sway bar relocation brackets are simply not used on those trucks.
Above 2.5 inches of lift, the factory upper control arms will not align properly. An aftermarket UCA is recommended for lifts in the 2.5–3.5-inch range. Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts and windshield washer bottles. Certain model years require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment. Recommended tire size is 34x10.50 inches; larger tires may fit but fender trimming or other modifications will be required. Coilover height figures are based on a stock-equipped vehicle. Common Questions
Does this system work on Land Cruisers with KDSS?
The ICON Stage 4 system is compatible with KDSS-equipped Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series vehicles. On KDSS trucks, the front sway bar relocation brackets included in the kit are not used; all other components install as normal.
Do I need aftermarket upper control arms with this kit?
At lifts up to 2.5 inches the factory upper control arms align correctly. Above 2.5 inches of lift, the factory UCAs will not align properly, and an aftermarket upper control arm is recommended to achieve correct geometry in the 2.5–3.5-inch lift range.
What tire size fits without modification?
ICON recommends a 34x10.50-inch tire with this Stage 4 system on the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series. Larger tires may physically fit but will require fender trimming or additional modifications; no specific larger size is guaranteed to clear without alteration.
Which aftermarket wheels does ICON recommend with this system?
ICON recommends ICON Alloys wheels in three configurations for this system: 17x8.5 inches with 5.75-inch backspace and 25mm offset, 18x9 inches with 6.00-inch backspace and 25mm offset, or 20x9 inches with 5.625-inch backspace and 16mm offset. OEM wheels and tires are also compatible.
Are the shocks rebuildable, and can the damping be adjusted?
All shocks in the ICON Stage 4 Land Cruiser system are fully rebuildable and revalveable. CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) technology allows compression damping to be adjusted quickly without tools, so damping can be tuned on the trail or on the road without removing any hardware.
