Geometry Corrected at Every Point

A 4.5-inch lift changes the angle of every front-end component, and steering geometry that is left uncorrected causes bump steer, premature wear, and unpredictable handling. The adjustable track bar, fitted with PTFE-lined FK bearings, lets you center the front axle precisely under the truck after the lift is set, removing the lateral offset that a fixed bar would leave behind. Fixed tubular upper and lower link bars replace the factory rubber-bushed links, removing the bind that builds up through the factory bushings and giving the front axle a consistent, repeatable arc through its full travel range.

2.5 Series Shocks Front and Rear

The front shocks are ICON 2.5 VS remote-reservoir units; the rears are 2.5 VS piggyback units. Both use FK bearings, billet top caps and rod ends, and 7/8-inch shafts. The larger shock body and reservoir extend consistent damping over a longer duty cycle: the shock stays in its working range longer before heat-related fade sets in, whether the truck is running washboard at speed or crawling over rocks at low pace. All shocks in this system are fully serviceable.

Tire Clearance and Wheel Compatibility

At 4.5 inches of lift, the system clears 35x12.50-inch tires with no modifications. Some 37-inch tires fit with minor fender-well trimming. OEM wheels and tires are compatible. ICON Alloys recommended fitments for this application are 17x8.5 with 5.25-inch backspace (13mm offset), 18x9 with 5.50-inch backspace (12mm offset), and 20x9 with 5.50-inch backspace (12mm offset).
