The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for the 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia, delivering 3–4.5" of front lift over stock on most submodels alongside up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock. The system pairs V.S. 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers and billet aluminum upper control arms with a sway bar drop kit, dual-rate rear coil springs, and V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks for balanced, tuned performance front to rear.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Geometry Corrected From the Start

The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit replaces the OE upper control arm and corrects front-end geometry for increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. The ICON Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, adding the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles is recommended to prevent front axle damage. This additional step is not required for TRD Pro models.

Tuned Travel, Front and Rear

The V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers use a threaded body for ride-height adjustability and a 2.5" shock body with internal reservoir for increased piston area and damping capacity. The sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links across the full suspension travel range, allowing the front suspension to move freely without overstressing stock components. At the rear, dual-rate coil springs pair a softer ride-height rate with a firmer overload rate, giving on-road compliance and strong bottoming resistance off-road. V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks complete the system with a valving tune balanced to the 2.5 Series front coilovers.

Tire Clearance and Stance

The Stage 4 system supports fitment of up to 35" x 12.50" tires; minor fender trimming and modifications may be required. ICON recommends 17x8.5" ICON Alloys wheels with 5.75" backspace and 25mm offset, or 18x9" wheels with 6" backspace and 25mm offset. The V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers, the V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks, and the Delta Joint PRO ball joint in the billet upper control arm are all fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Features

  • V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers: threaded body, internal reservoir, 2.5" shock body, vehicle-specific valving
  • Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected geometry, 90° articulation, serviceable and rebuildable (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700)
  • Sway bar drop kit: reduces OE sway bar link bind across full travel range
  • Dual-rate rear coil springs: 2" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia, 0" on TRD Off-Road; softer ride rate with firmer overload rate
  • V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks: internal reservoir, nitrogen charged, balanced tune with front coilovers
  • Fully rebuildable and re-tunable: all ICON shocks in this system are serviceable

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia owners on most submodels who want 3–4.5" of front lift, corrected front-end geometry, and a balanced front-to-rear suspension upgrade that supports up to 35" tires for overlanding and off-road use. Taller rear lift on TRD Off-Road or TRD Pro submodels is available via a separate kit (K53234S).

This system is not compatible with Sequoias equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). It does not fit any vehicle outside the 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Sequoias with the factory TRD aluminum skid plate also require Part #55164. Lift heights stated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added accessories or weight will alter the lift range.

Common Questions

What submodels of the 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia does this system fit?

The ICON Stage 4 system fits 2023–2026 Toyota Sequoia models across most submodels. Most submodels achieve 3–4.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock. Sequoias equipped with the TRD Off-Road package achieve 1–2.5" of front lift and remain at stock rear height. The system does not fit Sequoias with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).

Does this system work with the factory TRD skid plate?

Sequoias equipped with the factory TRD aluminum skid plate require an additional spacer kit, ICON Part #55164, when installing this Stage 4 suspension system. That part is sold separately and is not included in the K53234 kit.

Do 4WD models need any additional parts beyond what is included?

For 4WD Sequoia models without the TRD Off-Road package, adding the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles is recommended to prevent potential front axle damage. This additional step is not required for TRD Pro models. The differential drop kit is sold separately.

What tire and wheel sizes does ICON recommend with this system?

The Stage 4 system supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires, though minor fender trimming and modifications may be required. ICON recommends pairing the system with 17x8.5" ICON Alloys wheels at 5.75" backspace and 25mm offset, or 18x9" ICON Alloys wheels at 6" backspace and 25mm offset.

Are the shocks in this system rebuildable?

The V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers and the V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks included in the Stage 4 system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. The Delta Joint PRO ball joint in the billet upper control arm is also serviceable and rebuildable.
