The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a complete, 100% bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models equipped with the Sasquatch Package, delivering 2–3" of front lift and 1.25–2.25" of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos. The system pairs 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers front and rear with tubular upper control arms featuring the patented Delta Joint PRO, and heavy-rate progressive dual-rate rear coil springs engineered for loaded Broncos. This listing covers SKU K40014TX with heavy-rate rear springs.

Remote Reservoirs for Hard Use at Speed

The front and rear 2.5 Series coilovers are custom-valved and fitted with remote reservoirs, which substantially increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under sustained high-speed off-road use, that added capacity resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade, so the shocks continue to perform consistently through a long rough-terrain run, not just the first few hits. Shock bodies are corrosion-resistant CAD-plated with 7/8" diameter shafts, and the shocks are fully serviceable.

Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO

The tubular upper control arms provide caster correction and added structural strength over the factory stamped arms. Each UCA incorporates ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. That range of movement accommodates the increased travel and lift height the coilovers make possible without binding at the joint, a practical benefit when the front suspension is fully compressed or extended on uneven terrain. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pins are included throughout.

Heavy-Rate Rear Springs for Loaded Builds

The rear coilovers mount in a shaft-up orientation and use ICON's progressive dual-rate coil springs in a heavy-rate tune. These springs are optimized for Broncos carrying extra gear, a rooftop tent, or other added rear weight, maintaining rear ride height under load while preserving on- and off-road performance characteristics. Note that heavy-rate rear springs will produce a slight positive rake (front lower than rear) when the Bronco is unloaded.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners with the Sasquatch Package who want a significant lift and travel upgrade, particularly those running 35" tires or planning to carry substantial rear loads such as camping gear or a rooftop tent. The bolt-on design makes it accessible for experienced home installers and professional shops alike. The Bronco Everglades is compatible with a front lift range of 1.5–2.5" over stock.

This kit does not fit the Bronco Raptor. Lift heights and application notes are based on Sasquatch-equipped vehicles, so this kit is not intended for Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (front: part 611075; rear: part 611074), sold separately. When using factory lower links, part 611072 is required (included). ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications to those accessories may be needed. Certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances around the front coilovers; fitment testing was conducted with ICON and OEM steering components only. Common Questions

Will this Stage 4 kit fit a 2-door Ford Bronco?

The Stage 4 system is compatible with 2-door Bronco models, but 2-door Broncos will sit taller than 4-door models at the same coilover setting. The stated lift ranges of 2–3" front and 1.25–2.25" rear are based on 4-door Sasquatch-equipped Broncos; expect a higher actual lift on a 2-door.

Can this system run 37" tires?

The Stage 4 system may be safely used with 37" and larger tires. Doing so requires optional up-travel limiters (front: part 611075; rear: part 611074), which are sold separately. Without those limiters, 37" tires are not recommended.

What is included in the kit?

The Stage 4 kit includes a front 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover kit (48700), a tubular upper control arm Delta Joint PRO kit (48400DJ), an OEM rear link hose routing kit 1.9" (611072), and a rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover kit with heavy-rate springs (48711). Accessories such as bump stop spacers, a track bar kit, and a tie rod kit are sold separately.

Does installation require cutting or welding?

The Stage 4 suspension system installs with no drilling, cutting, or welding required. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after the install, and rear reservoir brackets may require modifications to some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts.
