Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System fits 2005–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks and delivers a 2.5–3" front lift through a bolt-in 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilover conversion, paired with a rear 2.5 VS piggyback CDCV shock pair, an adjustable track bar, and a dual stabilizer kit. Springs in this system are rated for diesel engines only.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Bolt-In Coilover Performance Without Cutting
The front coilovers drop directly into the OEM coil bucket location, so no fabrication or frame modification is required beyond removing the factory coil centering cup. Ride height is user-adjustable across the full 2.5–3" range after installation, letting owners dial in stance without returning to a shop. CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) technology and vehicle-specific valving work together to improve damping response on pavement and off-road surfaces alike, reducing body roll without sacrificing daily-driver comfort.
A Complete Front-to-Rear Upgrade
The Stage 4 system addresses the entire suspension, not just the front lift. The rear 2.5 VS piggyback CDCV shock pair matches the front's damping character so the truck behaves consistently loaded or unloaded. The adjustable track bar with FK Rod End corrects the lateral axle position that shifts when the front is lifted. The dual stabilizer kit (two 2.0 VS IR stabilizers in opposing configuration) controls steering wander that becomes more pronounced at lifted ride heights.
Built to Be Serviced, Not Replaced
Every shock in the system is fully rebuildable and re-valveable, so worn internals or a change in driving style can be addressed without buying new units. Eibach coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage. The coilover shock body is CAD-plated for corrosion resistance; rear shock bodies are anodized aluminum. FK Rod End bearings throughout the system are chosen for longevity and minimal deflection under load.
Features
- Bolt-in front fitment: installs in OEM coil bucket location; coil centering cup removal required
- 2.5–3" ride-height adjustment: user-adjustable after installation on a stock-equipped vehicle
- CDCV valving front and rear: vehicle-specific compression damping for on- and off-road control
- Dual opposing stabilizer kit: two 2.0 VS IR stabilizers reduce steering wander at lifted heights
- Eibach coil springs: lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage; rated for diesel engines only
- Fully rebuildable shocks: all units can be rebuilt or re-valved; CAD-plated and anodized aluminum bodies resist corrosion

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2005–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD owners running diesel engines who want a 2.5–3" front lift with a full front-to-rear damping upgrade (corrected track bar geometry and dual stabilizer control) without cutting or fabricating the factory coil bucket.
The Eibach springs in this system are rated for diesel engines only and are not appropriate for gas-engine F-250/F-350 applications. Wide Steer-equipped trucks require two additional stabilizers (ICON part 66515, sold separately). Ford F-250 owners will also need 4" rear blocks and a matching U-bolt kit (sold separately) to bring the rear ride height level with the 2.5" lifted front; those components are not included. This system does not fit F-250/F-350 2WD trucks or model years outside 2005–2016.
Common Questions
Does this system work with the factory wheels and tires?
The ICON Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System is confirmed compatible with OEM wheels and tires on 2005–2016 F-250 and F-350 trucks. Aftermarket tires up to 35" x 12.50" are recommended; larger sizes may fit but could require fender trimming or other modifications.
Are the springs in this kit suitable for a gas-engine F-250 or F-350?
No. The Eibach coil springs included in this Stage 4 system are rated for diesel engines only. Owners of gas-engine F-250 or F-350 trucks should not use this kit without confirming an appropriate spring rate for their application with ICON directly.
What additional parts are needed to level a 2005–2016 F-250 front-to-rear?
F-250 owners need 4" rear blocks with a 15" U-bolt kit to bring the rear level with the 2.5" lifted front. ICON recommends block kit part 194275 and U-bolt kit part 37003 (2005–2010 models) or 67003 (2011–2016 models). These components are sold separately and are not included in the Stage 4 system.
Do Wide Steer-equipped trucks need any extra parts?
Yes. Wide Steer-equipped F-250 and F-350 trucks require two additional stabilizers (ICON part 66515, qty 2) that are not included in the Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System and must be purchased separately before installation.
Can the shocks be rebuilt or retuned after installation?
All shocks in the ICON Stage 4 system are fully rebuildable and re-valveable. If internals wear over time or driving conditions change, the units can be serviced without replacing the entire system, which is a meaningful long-term cost advantage over non-serviceable shock designs.
