The ICON Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2005–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks, delivering 4–5.5 inches of ride-height-adjustable lift with vehicle-specific shock valving, Eibach coil springs, and fully rebuildable 2.5-inch coilovers. Springs in this system are rated for diesel engines only.

Height Adjustability Without Compromise
The front coilover conversion mounts in the OEM coil bucket location (no custom fabrication required) and lets the owner dial lift height anywhere in the 4–5.5 inch range by adjusting the coilover collar. That adjustability matters on a work truck or expedition rig where payload, towing tongue weight, or tire size can shift the static ride height over time. The coilover design also accepts a secondary shock, giving builders a path to a bypass or piggyback setup without replacing the primary unit.
Built to Last in Harsh Conditions
The coilover shock body is CAD-plated for corrosion resistance and uses a 7/8-inch shaft. Rear shocks feature one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders, which resist corrosion and maintain a consistent finish across the life of the shock. FK rod end bearings on the adjustable track bar reduce deflection and extend service intervals compared to rubber bushings. Eibach coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage.
Fully Serviceable, Fully Revalveable
Every shock in the Stage 4 system is fully rebuildable and revalveable, so worn seals or a valving change for a heavier tire or load does not require buying a new shock. Vehicle-specific valving is set from the factory for the F-250/F-350 platform, reducing the break-in guesswork common with universal-valved shocks.
Features

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2005–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD owners running diesel engines who want a height-adjustable lift in the 4–5.5 inch range with a fully rebuildable, performance-valved coilover front end and upgraded rear shocks. OEM wheels and tires fit; aftermarket wheels up to 20x9 are supported at the offsets listed above.
This system does not fit gasoline-engine F-250/F-350 trucks, as the Eibach springs are rated for diesel engines only. It does not fit F-250/F-350 trucks outside the 2005–2010 model years, and it does not fit 2WD configurations. Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket.
Common Questions
Will this system work with a gasoline-powered F-250 or F-350?
The ICON Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System's Eibach springs are rated for diesel engines only. Owners of gasoline-powered 2005–2010 F-250 or F-350 trucks should contact TerrainVault to identify the correct ICON system for their application before purchasing.
Does installation require cutting or modifying the factory coil bucket?
No cutting is required, but the coil centering cup inside the factory coil bucket must be removed before the front coilover can be installed. The coilover itself bolts into the OEM coil bucket location without further modification to the bucket.
Can I run my stock wheels and tires after installing this system?
Yes. The ICON Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System is confirmed compatible with OEM F-250/F-350 wheels and tires. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends wheels up to 20x9 at the specific backspace and offset figures listed in the Specifications table above.
Are the shocks serviceable after installation, or do they need to be replaced as a unit?
Every shock in the Stage 4 system is fully rebuildable and revalveable. Worn seals can be replaced and valving can be changed without purchasing a new shock, which reduces long-term ownership cost on a high-mileage or heavily used truck.
Does this system allow for a secondary shock to be added later?
Yes. The coilover conversion in the Stage 4 system is designed to accept a secondary shock, giving owners the option to add a bypass or piggyback unit to the front end at a later date without replacing the primary coilover.
