The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco 4-door models equipped with the Sasquatch Package, delivering 2-3" of front lift and 1.25-2.25" of rear lift alongside up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear wheel travel when run with 35x12.50 tires. The kit ships as four assemblies: front 2.5 VS remote-reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, rear 2.5 VS remote-reservoir coilovers with heavy-rate springs, and an OEM rear link hose routing kit.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Remote Reservoirs for Sustained Performance

The front and rear coilovers in this Stage 4 system each carry a remote reservoir, which substantially increases shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area compared to a standard monotube body. Under repeated high-speed hits through rough terrain, that added capacity resists the oil aeration and cavitation that cause damper fade (the gradual loss of shock control that makes a suspension feel vague and unpredictable late in a trail run). For a Bronco used hard off-road, the remote reservoir is the difference between consistent damping lap after lap and a shock that gives up before you do.

Billet UCAs with Delta Joint PRO Articulation

The included 6061 billet aluminum upper control arms replace the factory stamped-steel units and add on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability, letting an alignment shop dial in geometry after the lift rather than accepting whatever the stock arms allow. Each arm features ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), rated for up to 90 degrees of total articulation: enough range to follow full suspension travel without binding the joint or loading the bearing unevenly. Proper geometry at ride height translates directly to predictable steering feel and reduced tire wear over the life of the system.

Heavy-Rate Rear Springs for Loaded Builds

The rear coilovers mount in a shaft-up orientation and use ICON's progressive dual-rate coil springs in a heavy-rate tune. The heavier spring rate is optimized for Broncos that regularly carry extra gear, a rooftop tent, or other rear-loaded weight, where a standard-rate spring would sag and reduce available travel. On an unloaded Bronco, the heavy-rate springs will produce a slight positive rake (a nose-down attitude); buyers who run their Bronco lightly loaded most of the time should weigh that tradeoff before selecting this variant.

Features

  • Lift range: 2-3" front / 1.25-2.25" rear over stock 4-door Sasquatch Broncos
  • Wheel travel: up to 11.5" front and 14" rear with 35x12.50 tires
  • Remote reservoir coilovers: vehicle-specific custom valving front and rear, 7/8" diameter shafts, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies
  • Billet aluminum UCAs: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with patented Delta Joint PRO, up to 90° articulation, on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
  • Heavy-rate dual-rate rear springs: progressive rate design for increased rear load capacity

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2021-2026 Ford Bronco 4-door owners with the Sasquatch Package who want a complete, bolt-on suspension upgrade in the 2-3" lift range with remote-reservoir damping and billet UCAs, particularly those who load the rear of their Bronco with gear, a rooftop tent, or recovery equipment and want a spring rate tuned for that added weight.

This system does not fit the Bronco Raptor or any Bronco without the Sasquatch Package. It is not compatible with OEM wheels and tires. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately. Certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers; fitment was tested with ICON and OE steering components only. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts, and modifications may be required. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. On 2-door Bronco models, lift heights will be taller than the stated 4-door figures. The Bronco Everglades front lift range is 1.5-2.5" over stock rather than the standard 2-3".

Common Questions

Does this kit work on the 2-door Bronco?

The Stage 4 system is compatible with 2-door Bronco models, but 2-door vehicles will sit taller than the stated 2-3" front and 1.25-2.25" rear lift figures, which are based on 4-door Sasquatch-equipped Broncos. Buyers with 2-door models should account for that difference when planning tire and wheel clearance.

Can this system run 37" tires?

The Stage 4 system can be safely used with 37" and larger tires when optional up-travel limiters are installed: part #611075 for the front and part #611074 for the rear, both sold separately. Running 37" tires without those limiters is not recommended. Minor trimming may also be required.

What does the heavy-rate rear spring mean for daily driving?

The heavy-rate dual-rate rear coil springs in this Stage 4 kit are optimized for Broncos that regularly carry extra weight in the rear. On an unloaded Bronco, the heavier spring rate will produce a slight positive rake (a nose-down stance). Buyers who run their Bronco lightly loaded most of the time may prefer a standard-rate rear spring variant.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installation?

Yes. The Stage 4 suspension system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems after installation. This applies to any Bronco equipped with ADAS features and should be performed by a qualified shop following the suspension install.

Are the shocks serviceable?

The front and rear remote-reservoir coilovers included in this Stage 4 system are fully serviceable, meaning the internals can be rebuilt or revalved rather than requiring full shock replacement if service is needed after extended use.
