The front of the Stage 3 system pairs ICON 2.5 Series Vehicle-Specific Internal Reservoir coilovers with a front differential drop kit and polyurethane differential mounting bushings. The drop kit lowers the differential to restore the CV joint's operating angle as lift increases, which directly extends the range of usable front suspension travel and reduces the bind that shortens CV joint life on lifted trucks. The poly bushings replace the softer OE units to limit differential movement under load, keeping geometry consistent when the front suspension is working hard.

Tubular UCAs and the Delta Joint PRO

The included ICON tubular upper control arm kit replaces the OE arms with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, correcting front-end geometry, adding caster, and improving clearance for suspension components. The OE ball joint is replaced by the ICON Delta Joint PRO (serviceable, rebuildable, and patented under U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which provides 90 degrees of total articulation and allows full bump and droop travel without bind. FK Rod End bearings are used throughout for longevity and minimal deflection. Coilover shock bodies are corrosion-resistant CAD-plated with 7/8" shafts.

Rear Balance: Dual-Rate Springs and an Adjustable Track Bar

The dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer rate at ride height for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance off-road, providing 2" of rear lift to match the front stance. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks with 5/8" shafts carry vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance front-to-rear damping performance. The ICON Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar re-centers the rear axle after the lift and features double adjuster rod end threads for fine length adjustment on the vehicle, without removing or disassembling the bar.
