More Travel, Better Control

Front wheel travel is the single biggest factor in how a truck handles broken terrain at speed. The 2.5 Series extended-travel coilovers in this system push total front travel to 10.25", a 20% increase over stock, so the suspension can absorb larger hits without transferring the impact to the chassis or the driver. Remote reservoirs keep shock fluid cooler during sustained off-road use, maintaining consistent damping when it matters most.

Adjustable Lift Without Compromising Alignment

Height adjustment across the 1.75–2.5" front lift range is built into the coilover body, so ride height can be dialed in without swapping springs or adding spacers. The tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO ball joints restore and increase caster over stock, keeping factory alignment specs achievable after the lift. Delta Joint PRO uses a chromoly ball hardened to Rockwell C 55 and graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and its rebuildable design means individual components can be removed, inspected, and replaced without replacing the entire joint.

Bolt-On Installation, Front to Rear

The complete system requires no drilling, cutting, or welding. Rear performance is handled by 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving, compatible with 0–1" of rear lift over stock. All shocks in the system are fully serviceable.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, or Elevation owners and 2023–2026 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss owners who want a significant increase in front wheel travel, adjustable lift between 1.75" and 2.5", and a bolt-on install that retains factory alignment specs. It is designed specifically for the ultra-wide-stance track width of these trims.

This system does not fit the Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, Z71, or ZR2, or the GMC Canyon AT4X. OE steering knuckles are required; the system is not compatible with any aftermarket steering knuckles. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Common Questions

Which exact Canyon and Colorado trims does this system fit?

This Stage 3 system fits 2023–2026 GMC Canyon AT4, Denali, and Elevation and 2023–2026 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss, the ultra-wide-stance variants of those trucks. It does not fit the GMC Canyon AT4X or the Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, Z71, or ZR2.

How much front lift does this system provide?

The front coilovers in this Stage 3 system are height-adjustable from 1.75" to 2.5" of lift over a stock-equipped vehicle. Lift heights are based on a stock vehicle with no prior modifications.

Does installation require cutting, welding, or drilling?

This Stage 3 suspension system is 100% bolt-on. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after install.

Can this system be used with aftermarket steering knuckles?

No. This Stage 3 system is only compatible with OE (factory) steering knuckles. Installing it in combination with any aftermarket steering knuckles is not supported.

What wheel and tire sizes does ICON recommend with this system?

ICON recommends 17x8.5" aftermarket wheels with 5.46" backspace and 18mm offset, paired with 35x12.50" tires. Larger tires may fit but could require fender trimming or other modifications. Factory wheels and tires are also compatible.
