Custom-Valved Internal Reservoir Shocks

Both the front and rear shocks are vehicle-specifically tuned internal-reservoir units with corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies and 7/8" diameter shafts. The front coilovers are adjustable for ride height across the full 2–3" lift range. The rear shocks run shaft-up and pair with ICON's triple-rate coil springs, a design that sequences spring rates to balance ride compliance at low loads with progressive resistance under heavier inputs. The softer initial rates mean rear ride height will sit lower than the advertised range as weight is added to the rear of the vehicle.

Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO

The Tubular Upper Control Arms replace the stock units to accommodate the increased travel and lift height the coilovers provide, and they correct caster geometry for improved straight-line tracking. Each UCA incorporates ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pins are used throughout; structural components are 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined.

This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor. Running 37" or larger tires requires the addition of up-travel limiters (front: part #611075; rear: part #611074), sold separately. Certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers; fitment testing was conducted with ICON and OE steering components only. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Triple-rate rear coil springs are optimized for a near-stock-weight Bronco; adding significant weight to the rear of the vehicle will reduce rear ride height below the advertised range.
