The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System (SKU K65897R) is a complete 2.5-inch lift kit engineered specifically for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with 4WD gasoline engines. The system ships as five matched components tuned together as a single package for on-road comfort, towing duty, and off-road performance: dual-rate coil springs, fabricated radius arms, an adjustable front track bar, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks front and rear.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Radius Arms That Work With Your Steering

The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms include a sealed pivot bushing that absorbs road feedback before it reaches the cab, reducing noise and extending service life. The arm profile is optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing a 37-inch tall tire to clear without contacting the arm. On-vehicle caster adjustment lets you dial geometry without pulling the arms.

Shocks Tuned for This Truck, Not Adapted From Another

The 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks are vehicle-specific valved for the F-250/F-350 platform with gasoline engines. The piggyback reservoir keeps oil cooler on sustained off-road runs and during repeated towing cycles, maintaining consistent damping where a standard shock would fade. All four shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable, so the investment extends well past the first set of tires.

Bolt-On Installation, No Driveline Surgery

No drilling, cutting, or welding is required, and no driveshaft modifications are needed. The adjustable front track bar corrects axle placement after the lift and improves high-speed stability. ICON's dual-rate coil springs provide the 2.5-inch front lift and carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breaking.

Features

  • Dual-rate coil springs: provide 2.5 inches of front lift, rated for gasoline-engine trucks, lifetime no-sag/break guarantee
  • Fabricated radius arms: fully boxed, sealed pivot bushing, on-vehicle caster adjustment, 37-inch tire clearance at full steering lock
  • Adjustable front track bar: corrects axle placement post-lift, reduces body roll versus stock
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks: front and rear, vehicle-specific tune, fully rebuildable and re-tunable
  • 100% bolt-on: no drilling, cutting, welding, or driveshaft modification required
  • Rear shock compatibility: included rear shocks are compatible with 0–3 inches of rear lift over stock

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty owners with 4WD gasoline-engine trucks who want a complete, matched suspension upgrade for towing, job-site use, or off-road driving: coil springs, radius arms, track bar, and shocks in one kit, with up to 35-inch tires fitting without body modifications.

This system does not fit diesel-engine Super Duty trucks, 2WD models, or Cab and Chassis configurations. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift rather than 2.5 inches. OEM wheel and tire combinations are not compatible with all configurations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace are recommended. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (ICON part #66203, sold separately). Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. California residents: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (Proposition 65).

Common Questions

Does this system fit diesel-powered F-250 and F-350 trucks?

The ICON Stage 3 Suspension System K65897R is not compatible with diesel-engine Super Duty trucks. The dual-rate coil springs included in this kit are rated specifically for gasoline-engine F-250 and F-350 models; a separate ICON system is required for diesel applications.

Will this kit work on a Tremor-package Super Duty?

Trucks equipped with the Ford Tremor package are compatible with this system, but the front lift height will be approximately 1.5 inches over stock rather than the 2.5 inches achieved on a standard 4WD Crew Cab gas model, due to the Tremor's factory suspension geometry.

Does installation require cutting, welding, or driveshaft modifications?

No. The ICON Stage 3 system is a 100% bolt-on kit. No drilling, cutting, welding, or driveshaft modifications are required for a complete installation. An optional extended stainless brake line kit is available for owners who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines, but it is not required to complete the install.

What tire size will clear without body modifications?

The fabricated radius arms in this Stage 3 system are profiled to allow a 37-inch tall tire to clear at full steering lock without contacting the arm. ICON recommends a 35x12.50-inch tire as the standard fitment; 37x12.50-inch tires may fit but will require fender trimming and additional modifications.

Are the shocks rebuildable, and what does the spring warranty cover?

All four 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks included in this system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. The dual-rate coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee from ICON Vehicle Dynamics against sagging or breaking.

Do trucks with OnBoard Scales need anything extra?

Yes. F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with Ford's OnBoard Scales system require an additional sensor bracket to work with the ICON radius arms at this lift height. That bracket is ICON part number 66203 and is sold separately from this Stage 3 kit.
