The ICON Stage 3 Suspension System for the 2011-and-newer Ford Ranger T6 4WD delivers a 1–3" lift using a matched set of ICON 2.5" remote reservoir CDCV coilovers up front and 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir monotube shocks in the rear, all in a 100% bolt-on package that requires no drilling, cutting, or welding.

Front Coilovers Built for Adjustability and Heat Management

The front 2.5" coilovers use ICON's Continuous Damping Control Valve (CDCV) and ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs, letting the driver fine-tune damping feel across the full 1–3" height range. The remote reservoir keeps fluid cooler during extended off-road use, sustaining consistent damping long after a conventional shock would begin to fade. The coilover body is CAD-plated for corrosion resistance, and the 7/8" shaft runs FK rod end bearings for reduced deflection and extended service life.

Rear Shocks That Balance the System

Two ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube rear shocks, each with its own remote reservoir, mirror the front's thermal management and keep the Ranger T6's rear end composed on rough terrain. The 5/8" shaft and aluminum monotube body are built to handle the varied loads this truck sees in daily, industrial, and off-road use. The rear shocks provide 0–2" of lift range, allowing the system to be tuned front to rear.

All-Aluminum, Bolt-On Construction

Every structural component is CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, keeping unsprung weight low while maintaining the rigidity needed for serious off-road use. Because the system is fully bolt-on, installation does not require cutting or welding the factory structure, and all shocks are fully serviceable after installation.

This system suits 2011-and-newer Ford Ranger T6 4WD owners who want a 1–3" lift with meaningfully improved on- and off-road damping, and who want a bolt-on installation that retains OEM wheel and tire fitment.

This system does not fit two-wheel-drive Ranger T6 variants or any Ranger generation other than the T6 (2011-up). Tires larger than 32x11.00" may require fender trimming and additional modifications. Spanner wrenches for coilover preload adjustment are not included and are sold separately.
