The ICON Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks, delivering 4–5.5 inches of ride-height-adjustable lift with vehicle-specific shock valving tuned for both on-road comfort and off-road performance. The system bolts into the factory coil bucket location and ships as a matched component set under SKU K63133.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Height Adjustability Without Compromise
Unlike a fixed-height lift kit, the front coilovers in this Stage 3 system allow end-user ride height adjustment across the full 4–5.5 inch range after installation. That means the truck can be dialed in for daily driving clearance, then raised for a loaded trail run, without pulling components or returning to a shop. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adjustments for added accessories or payload are made at the collar.
Built to Last and Be Serviced
The 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and a consistent finish, paired with CAD-plated coilover shock bodies and 7/8" shafts. Every shock in the system is fully rebuildable and revalveable. A worn valving stack or damaged shaft can be addressed without replacing the entire unit, a meaningful long-term cost difference on a truck used hard. FK rod end bearings on the adjustable track bar reduce deflection and extend service intervals compared to rubber bushings.
Matched Components, One System
Eibach coil springs are guaranteed for life against sagging or breakage and are rated for diesel engines. The front coilover design accommodates the addition of a secondary shock for further damping control. The system ships in multiple boxes and includes the front 4.5" box kit, the 2.5 VS rear bolt-in coilover conversion kit, an adjustable track bar with FK rod end, a radius arm drop kit, a 5" block kit, a rear 17" U-bolt kit, and a rear 2.5 VS piggyback shock pair.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits owners of 2011–2016 Ford F-250 or F-350 4WD trucks powered by diesel engines who want a ride-height-adjustable 4–5.5" lift with improved on- and off-road dynamics and shocks they can rebuild or revalve over time.
This system does not fit gasoline-engine F-250/F-350 applications. The Eibach springs are rated for diesel engines only. It does not fit 2WD trucks, and it does not fit F-250/F-350 model years outside the 2011–2016 range. Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket. Tires larger than 35x12.50" may require fender trimming and additional modifications not included in this kit.
Common Questions
Does this system fit a gasoline-powered F-250 or F-350?
The ICON Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System K63133 is not compatible with gasoline-engine applications. The Eibach coil springs included in this kit are rated for diesel engines only; a gas-engine truck requires a different spring selection.
Will factory wheels and tires clear after installation?
OEM wheels and tires are confirmed to fit this Stage 3 system. For aftermarket fitments, ICON recommends 17x8.5" wheels with 5.00" backspace, 18x9" or 20x9" wheels with 5.25" backspace, and tires up to 35x12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications.
What does installation require beyond the included components?
Installing the ICON Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket. This step is mandatory per the application notes. An installation guide is available. The system ships in multiple boxes.
Can the shocks be rebuilt or retuned after heavy use?
Every shock in this Stage 3 system is fully rebuildable and revalveable. A worn valving stack or internals that no longer suit the truck's use can be addressed without replacing the complete shock assembly.
Can a secondary shock be added to the front after installation?
The front coilover design in this Stage 3 system is engineered to accommodate the addition of a secondary shock, providing an upgrade path for additional damping control without replacing the primary coilover unit.
