ICON Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System for 2005-2016 Ford F-250/F-350 2.5-3" Lift
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2005–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks, delivering 2.5–3 inches of adjustable lift through a bolt-in 2.5 VS Remote Reservoir coilover conversion up front, an adjustable track bar, and a pair of 2.5 VS piggyback rear shocks. Springs in this system are rated for diesel-engine trucks only.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Ride Height You Set, Performance You Feel
The front coilovers replace the factory strut with a 2.5-inch remote reservoir unit that sits in the OEM coil bucket location, with no cutting or custom fabrication required for the mount itself. Ride height is user-adjustable across the full 2.5–3-inch lift range by turning the coilover collar, so alignment between a trail setup and a daily-driver stance is a wrench adjustment, not a parts swap. Vehicle-specific valving means the damping curve is calibrated for F-250/F-350 mass and suspension geometry rather than adapted from a generic tune.
Components Built to Be Serviced, Not Replaced
The front coilover body is CAD-plated for corrosion resistance and runs a 7/8-inch shaft. Eibach coil springs are guaranteed for life against sagging or breakage. FK Rod End bearings at the coilover mount reduce deflection and outlast rubber bushings in high-cycle off-road use. The rear 2.5 VS piggyback shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders, lighter and more corrosion-resistant than plated steel, and share the same fully rebuildable and re-valveable design as the front units, so the system can be refreshed or retuned without replacing the entire shock body.
Track Bar and Rear Leveling
The included adjustable track bar with FK Rod End replaces the factory unit and corrects the lateral axle position that shifts when the front is lifted, reducing bump steer. On F-250 trucks, achieving a level stance with a 2.5-inch lifted front requires 4-inch rear blocks and a matching U-bolt kit, sold separately: ICON block kit 194275 and U-bolt kit 37003 (2005–2010 models) or 67003 (2011–2016 models). The coilover conversion design also allows for the future addition of a secondary front shock if desired.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2005–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 owners running diesel engines who want 2.5–3 inches of adjustable front lift with meaningfully improved damping and a bolt-in front coilover conversion that retains the OEM coil bucket location.
The Eibach springs in this kit are rated for diesel engines only and are not appropriate for gas-engine F-250/F-350 trucks. Achieving a level stance on F-250 models requires 4-inch rear blocks and a U-bolt kit that are not included. Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup from the factory coil bucket. This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (California Proposition 65).
Common Questions
Will this system work on a gas-engine F-250 or F-350?
The Eibach coil springs included in the ICON Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System (K63103) are rated for diesel engines only. This kit is not recommended for gas-engine F-250 or F-350 trucks; a different spring rate would be required for that application.
What lift height does this system provide, and can I adjust it?
The Stage 3 system provides a user-adjustable lift range of 2.5–3 inches at the front. Ride height is set by turning the coilover collar, with no parts swap required to move within that range. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle as a baseline.
Do I need any additional parts to make my truck sit level?
On F-250 trucks, a 2.5-inch lifted front requires 4-inch rear blocks and a matching U-bolt kit to achieve a level stance. Those components are sold separately: ICON block kit 194275 and U-bolt kit 37003 (2005–2010 models) or 67003 (2011–2016 models). F-350 rear leveling requirements are not documented for this system; confirm with ICON before purchasing.
What does installation require beyond the included components?
Installing the front coilover conversion requires removal of the coil centering cup from the factory coil bucket before fitting the new unit. The system is otherwise bolt-in and fits the OEM coil bucket location. A spanner wrench for coilover preload adjustment is available separately from ICON.
Can the shocks be rebuilt or retuned later?
Both the front 2.5 VS Remote Reservoir coilovers and the rear 2.5 VS piggyback shocks in this system are fully rebuildable and re-valveable. The serviceable design means the shock bodies can be refreshed or retuned to a different damping curve without replacing the entire unit.
