Front Coilovers Built for the Tremor's Geometry

The 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers are cut to a Tremor-specific length, so ride height and suspension geometry stay within the range the chassis was designed around. Delta Joint PRO Upper Control Arms

Billet aluminum upper control arms replace the factory units and carry ICON's Delta Joint PRO, a rebuildable articulation joint with a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55 and 56% more bearing surface than ICON's standard Delta Joint. The full 90-degree articulation range eliminates bind through the complete suspension stroke, and the billet construction retains factory alignment spec range while adding caster and camber adjustability. Individual components can be removed, inspected, and replaced without replacing the entire joint.

Rear System: Multi-Rate Leaf Springs and Piggyback Shocks

ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs replace the factory leaf pack and rear blocks, offering three user-selectable spring rate configurations. As shipped (Option 1), rear lift is +0.50" over stock unloaded. Option 2 adds 20% spring rate and raises the rear +1.75" unloaded (+0.50" under a 400 lb constant load). Option 3 adds 40% spring rate and raises the rear +2.50" unloaded (returning to stock height under an 850 lb constant load). Billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles with OE Ford bushings keep rear ride height within range across all three configurations. The 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks are vehicle-specifically valved to balance damping front to rear.
