The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Billet Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance suspension upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 4-door models equipped with the Sasquatch Package, delivering 2–3" of front lift and 1.25–2.25" of rear lift over stock ride height. The kit combines vehicle-specific 2.5 VS internal reservoir coilovers front and rear with billet aluminum upper control arms featuring ICON's Delta Joint PRO, and is designed to provide up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel with 35×12.50 tires.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Internal Reservoir Coilovers, Front and Rear
The front and rear shocks are custom-valved 2.5 VS internal reservoir coilovers with corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies and 7/8" diameter shafts. Vehicle-specific tuning means the damping is calibrated for the Bronco's weight and geometry rather than adapted from a generic platform. Ride height is adjustable within the stated lift range, so the system can be dialed in to suit tire size, load, and terrain without swapping components. The rear shocks are oriented shaft-up and paired with ICON's triple-rate coil springs, a design that prioritizes suspension travel and ride quality for a near-stock-weight Bronco; adding significant weight to the rear will reduce realized ride height below the advertised range.
Billet Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
The billet aluminum upper control arms are CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability, allowing alignment to be optimized after the lift is set. Each UCA incorporates ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which allows up to 90 degrees of total articulation. PTFE-lined spherical bearings and high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pins are used throughout. Fitment testing was conducted with ICON and OE steering components; due to tight clearances around the front coilovers, certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting or Welding
The Stage 3 system is a 100% bolt-on kit: no drilling, cutting, or welding is required. Application-specific mounting hardware is included. After installation, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) must be recalibrated by a qualified technician; this is a vehicle requirement, not optional. OEM wheels and tires are not compatible with this system. ICON recommends 17×8.5" wheels with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset, 18×9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset, or 20×9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.

Who This Is For and Isn't
The Stage 3 Billet system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 4-door owners with the Sasquatch Package who want maximum suspension travel, adjustable lift height in the 2–3" front range, and the geometry correction that billet upper control arms provide, particularly those running 35" tires or planning to run 37" tires with the optional up-travel limiters.
This system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or 2-door Bronco models (2-door models will sit taller than the stated lift range). It is not compatible with OEM wheels and tires. Running 37" or larger tires requires up-travel limiters sold separately (front: #611075, rear: #611074) and minor trimming. Certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers. ADAS recalibration is required after installation and is not included.
Common Questions
Does this kit fit the Ford Bronco Raptor or 2-door Bronco?
The ICON Stage 3 Billet system does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor. It is designed for 4-door Bronco models with the Sasquatch Package; 2-door Broncos will sit taller than the advertised lift range because lift heights and application notes are based on Sasquatch-equipped 4-door vehicles.
Can this system run 37" tires?
The Stage 3 system can be safely used with 37" and larger tires, but doing so requires up-travel limiters sold separately (front: part #611075, rear: part #611074) along with minor trimming. The system is designed around 35×12.50 tires for the stated travel figures of 11.5" front and 14" rear.
What does installation involve, and is any cutting or welding required?
The Stage 3 Billet kit is a 100% bolt-on system; no drilling, cutting, or welding is required. Application-specific mounting hardware is included. After installation, the vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems must be recalibrated by a qualified technician. This is a vehicle requirement that applies regardless of who performs the suspension install.
Are OEM wheels compatible with this suspension system?
OEM wheels and tires are not compatible with the Stage 3 Billet system. ICON recommends aftermarket wheels sized 17×8.5" with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset, 18×9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset, or 20×9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset to clear the coilovers and UCAs properly.
What is the rear lift range, and does added cargo weight affect it?
The rear lift range is 1.25–2.25" over stock on a Sasquatch-equipped 4-door Bronco. The triple-rate rear coil springs are optimized for a near-stock-weight vehicle, and their softer initial spring rates will produce lower realized ride height than the advertised range as weight is added to the rear of the vehicle.
