ICON Stage 3 Billet Suspension System for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco Non-Sasquatch 3-4" Lift Heavy Rate Rear Springs
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System is a complete bolt-on lift and performance upgrade for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 4-door models without the Sasquatch Package, delivering 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift alongside up to 11.5" of front and 14" of rear wheel travel when paired with 35x12.50 tires. This kit ships as three matched assemblies: a front 2.5 VS internal-reservoir coilover kit, a billet aluminum upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO, and a rear 2.5 VS internal-reservoir coilover kit with heavy-rate dual-rate coil springs.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Maximum Travel Without Compromise
The front and rear coilovers use custom-valved internal reservoir dampers with 7/8" diameter shafts and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies. That internal reservoir separates the oil from the nitrogen charge, keeping damping consistent during extended off-road runs where a standard shock would fade. The result is up to 11.5" of front travel and 14" of rear travel, figures that matter when the terrain demands full wheel articulation rather than a lifted-but-stiff street setup.
Billet UCAs and the Delta Joint PRO
The billet 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum upper control arms replace the factory stamped-steel units and restore caster and camber geometry at the new lift height, with on-vehicle adjustability to improve alignment beyond stock. Each arm is fitted with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), which provides up to 90 degrees of total articulation through PTFE-lined spherical bearings. Corrected geometry at lift means the front end tracks predictably on-road and articulates fully off it, rather than trading one for the other.
Heavy-Rate Rear Springs for Loaded Broncos
The rear coilovers mount in a shaft-up orientation and use ICON's progressive dual-rate coil springs in a heavy-rate tune. The heavier spring rate is optimized for Broncos carrying additional gear, a rooftop tent, or other rear-loaded weight. Heavy-rate rear springs will produce a slight positive rake (nose-down attitude) when the Bronco is unloaded; this is expected behavior for the heavy-rate tune, not a defect. The coilover design allows ride-height adjustment so the rear lift can be dialed within the 2–3" range as load changes.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2021–2026 Ford Bronco owners with 4-door, non-Sasquatch models who want a significant lift with maximum wheel travel, on-vehicle geometry correction, and the ability to run 35" or larger tires. The heavy-rate rear spring tune makes it particularly well-matched to Broncos regularly loaded with camping gear, recovery equipment, or a rooftop tent.
This kit does not fit the Ford Bronco Raptor, any Bronco with the Sasquatch Package, or 2-door Broncos at the same lift heights (2-door models will sit taller than specified). OEM wheels are not compatible; aftermarket wheels are required. Running 37" or larger tires requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 front, #611074 rear), sold separately. Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; ICON's High Clearance Crash Bar Kit (part #42000) is available as a separate purchase. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Certain aftermarket steering components may not clear the front coilovers; fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components only.
Common Questions
Will this kit fit a Ford Bronco with the Sasquatch Package?
No. The ICON Stage 3 Suspension System for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco is engineered specifically for non-Sasquatch models. Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles; a separate ICON system is required for Sasquatch-equipped Broncos.
Can this system run 37" tires without modifications?
The Stage 3 system can be used with 37" and larger tires, but doing so requires optional up-travel limiters (part #611075 for the front, part #611074 for the rear), sold separately. Crash bar removal may also be required when running 37" tires, though ICON does not recommend removing them without a replacement.
What wheel and tire combination does ICON recommend with this system?
ICON recommends 35x12.50 tires as the baseline fitment, at which the system delivers up to 11.5" of front travel and 14" of rear travel. OEM wheels are not compatible; ICON Alloys wheels in 17x8.5" with 4.75" backspace, 18x9" with 5" backspace, or 20x9" with 5" backspace are recommended aftermarket options.
Why do the heavy-rate rear springs cause a nose-down rake when the Bronco is unloaded?
The heavy-rate dual-rate rear coil springs in this Stage 3 kit are tuned for Broncos carrying extra gear, a rooftop tent, or other added rear weight. When the vehicle is unloaded, those stiffer springs hold the rear higher than the front, producing a slight positive rake. This is expected behavior for the heavy-rate tune and is not a defect.
Does installing this suspension system require any cutting or welding?
The ICON Stage 3 Suspension System is a 100% bolt-on system; no drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. However, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after install, and factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires on non-Sasquatch Broncos.
