Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 3.0 CDCV Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra, delivering 1.25–3.25" of front lift over stock (on i-Force gasoline models) through eight matched component kits built around 3.0 Series remote reservoir coilovers and shocks with 10-setting CDC Valve compression damping adjustment. Lift range varies by powertrain and trim; see application notes below.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
3.0 Series Coilovers and Shocks With Tunable Damping
The front 3.0 Series remote reservoir coilovers and rear 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks are each equipped with ICON's CDC Valve, an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir across 10 discrete compression damping settings from soft to firm. The 3.0 Series shock body provides 50% more piston surface area in the ride zone and 100% more in the Bump Zone compared to 2.5 Series shocks. The multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone exponentially increases bottom-out resistance through the last 40% of shock travel, and vehicle-specific shock lengths yield up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel and a 20% increase in rear wheel travel over stock. Greater internal oil volume and remote reservoir surface area improve heat dissipation and resist shock fade under sustained hard use. All shock absorbers in this system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
Billet Aluminum Control Arms, Links, and Track Bar
The included billet aluminum front upper control arms correct front-end geometry for improved camber and caster adjustment on the lifted Tundra, and feature the patented ICON Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), a serviceable, rebuildable ball joint replacement that allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. Billet rear upper and lower links are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized for corrosion resistance, and use PTFE-lined FK rod ends with ICON's double adjuster system for on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment without disassembly. The billet adjustable rear track bar, also CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and anodized, re-centers the rear axle after lift and allows fine length adjustment on the vehicle via rod end threads. Multi-durometer bushings throughout the link kit operate without periodic greasing.
Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs and Sway Bar Drop Kit
The triple-rate rear coil springs use a softer droop and ride rate combined with a firmer overload rate, balancing on-road comfort with bottoming resistance off-road. On Tundras without a TRD Off-Road or TRD Sport suspension package, the rear springs net 0.5" of rear lift; on TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport, and TRD Pro models the rear remains at stock height. The included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in the OE sway bar links across the full range of suspension travel, allowing the suspension to move freely without overstressing stock components.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners (gasoline i-Force or hybrid i-Force MAX, 4WD or 2WD) who want a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade with tunable compression damping, corrected lifted geometry, and clearance for up to 35" tires. It is compatible with OEM wheels and tires and supports on-vehicle adjustment of damping, ride height, camber, caster, pinion angle, and track bar length.
This system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights (without full air suspension) can use this system with the addition of ICON's Air Ride/Auto Headlight Bracket Kit (part 55153), sold separately. Tundras with a TRD aluminum skid plate require an additional spacer kit (ICON part 55164). 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require an ICON differential drop kit (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage; TRD Pro models are exempt from this requirement. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Lift heights stated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the lift range. Tundra owners wanting taller rear ride height on TRD-equipped models should consider ICON part K53213S instead.
Common Questions
What lift height will this system give my Tundra?
The ICON Stage 3 3.0 CDCV system provides 1.25–3.25" of front lift on most Tundra sub-models with the i-Force gasoline engine, 0.75–2.75" on i-Force MAX hybrid models, 0–1.25" on TRD Pro models, and 2.25–4.25" on SR5 models with the TRD Sport Suspension package. All ranges are measured over stock ride height on an unmodified, stock-weight vehicle. Rear lift is 0.5" on non-TRD models and 0" on TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport, and TRD Pro models.
Is this system compatible with my Tundra's factory air suspension or AVS?
The ICON Stage 3 3.0 CDCV system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights, but without full air suspension, can use this system with the addition of ICON's Air Ride/Auto Headlight Bracket Kit (part 55153), sold separately.
Does my 4WD Tundra need any additional parts beyond what is included?
4WD Tundra models without the TRD Off-Road package require either the ICON Differential Drop Kit (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent potential front axle damage after installation; this additional part is not included in the Stage 3 3.0 CDCV system. TRD Pro models do not require the differential drop. Tundras with a TRD aluminum skid plate also require ICON part 55164 (skid plate spacer kit), sold separately.
What does the CDC Valve do and how is it adjusted?
The CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valve is an externally mounted, tool-adjustable valve on each shock and coilover in this system. Turning the valve restricts oil flow between the shock body and remote reservoir, producing 10 discrete levels of compression damping force from soft to firm. Adjustment is made on the vehicle without removing the shock absorbers.
Will ADAS or driver assistance features need recalibration after installing this system?
Yes. The ICON Stage 3 3.0 CDCV system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. This applies to any Tundra equipped with ADAS features such as pre-collision warning, lane departure alert, or radar cruise control. Recalibration should be performed by a qualified shop with the appropriate calibration equipment.
