The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System delivers a 2.5-inch front lift and significantly improved ride quality for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with gasoline engines and four-wheel drive. The complete bolt-on kit includes dual-rate coil springs, fabricated radius arms, ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks front and rear, rear leaf spring expansion packs, U-bolts, a cast block kit, and a rear bump stop spacer kit. This system is available in one configuration sized for single-rear-wheel models only.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Engineered as a Complete Package

The Stage 2 system brings together springs, shocks, radius arms, and rear expansion packs developed and tuned by ICON as a matched set rather than assembled from separate part numbers. The dual-rate coil springs and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks are calibrated to work together, so ride and handling characteristics reflect the full system rather than the compromise of mixing components. For a truck used across towing, job-site work, and off-road driving, a purpose-tuned package removes the guesswork of building a lift piecemeal.

Radius Arms Built for Clearance and Longevity

The fabricated, fully-boxed radius arms include a sealed pivot bushing that reduces road feedback and resists wear over time. The arm profile is optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing a 37-inch-tall tire to clear the radius arm without contact. This is a meaningful advantage when fitting larger rubber on a work or overland truck. The radius arm design also allows on-vehicle caster adjustment, so alignment can be dialed in after installation without pulling the system apart.

Rear Compliance Without Sacrificing Tow Capacity

The rear leaf spring expansion packs, blocks, and U-bolts address axle wrap and ride harshness that stock rear springs produce under load cycling. ICON states the system produces less body roll than stock with no reduction in towing capacity. On F-250 models the rear blocks add 0.5 inches of lift over stock. On F-350 models the same blocks lower rear ride height by 0.5 inches compared to stock, a distinction worth confirming when specifying the system for a particular truck.

Features

  • Dual-rate coil springs: gas-engine-optimized, rated to provide 2.5 inches of front lift over stock; lifetime guarantee against sag or break
  • Fabricated radius arms: fully boxed, sealed pivot bushing, on-vehicle caster adjustment, 37-inch tire clearance at full steering lock
  • ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks: piggyback reservoir, front and rear, fully rebuildable and re-tunable
  • Rear expansion packs: leaf spring expansion packs, U-bolts, cast block kit, and bump stop spacer kit included
  • 100% bolt-on installation: no drilling, cutting, or welding required; no driveshaft modifications required

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits owners of 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty trucks with four-wheel drive, a gasoline engine, and single rear wheels who want a 2.5-inch front lift with meaningfully improved ride quality for towing, job-site use, and off-road driving, and who want a complete, matched component set rather than sourcing parts individually.

This system does not fit diesel-engine Super Duty trucks, two-wheel-drive models, dual-rear-wheel (dually) configurations, or F-350 Cab and Chassis models. Not all factory wheel and tire combinations are compatible; aftermarket wheels with lower offset are recommended. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift rather than 2.5 inches. Trucks with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (ICON part 66203). Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require ICON part 611081. An adjustable track bar (ICON part 64039) is recommended to correct bump steer geometry. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. A brake line kit (ICON part 61111) is optional but not required for a complete install.

Common Questions

Does this system fit diesel-powered F-250 and F-350 trucks?

No. The ICON Stage 2 system with part number K65896RL is specifically engineered for gasoline-engine 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. The dual-rate coil springs in this kit are rated for gas engines. Diesel-engine Super Duty owners require a separate ICON system calibrated for the additional front-end weight of a diesel powertrain.

Will this system work on a dually (dual-rear-wheel) F-350?

No. The ICON Stage 2 suspension system K65896RL fits single-rear-wheel models only. Dual-rear-wheel F-350 configurations are not compatible with this kit.

What lift height should I expect on a Tremor-package truck?

Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift over stock with this system, rather than the 2.5 inches achieved on a standard 4WD Crew Cab gas model. Rear lift figures follow the same F-250/F-350 distinction as non-Tremor trucks.

Are any additional parts required beyond what is included in the kit?

Several add-ons are recommended or required depending on truck equipment. Trucks with OnBoard Scales require ICON sensor bracket part 66203. Trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales also require ICON part 611081. ICON track bar bracket part 64039 is recommended to correct bump steer geometry. An adjustable track bar may also be needed to realign the axle. ADAS systems require professional recalibration after installation. A braided stainless brake line kit (ICON part 61111) is optional.

What tire size fits with the radius arms at full steering lock?

The ICON fabricated radius arms in this Stage 2 system are profiled to clear a 37-inch-tall tire at full steering lock without contact. ICON recommends 35×12.50-inch tires as the primary fitment; 37×12.50-inch tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required. Not all factory wheel and tire combinations are compatible, and aftermarket wheels with lower offset are recommended.
