The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System raises 2020-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks approximately 2.5 inches and pairs ICON-engineered dual rate coil springs with 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks front and rear. The system is designed specifically for diesel cab configurations and is available as a single complete kit (SKU K62522).

Engineered for the 2020-2022 Ride Height
The 2020-2022 Super Duty generation sits lower from the factory than the 2017-2019 models. ICON developed new progressive rate coil springs specifically for this generation so the system delivers the stated 2.5-inch lift rather than the taller-than-intended result that occurs when 2017-2019 components are used. Buyers who have already tried a prior-generation kit and found the ride height off will find this distinction meaningful.
Approximately 25% More Front Wheel Travel
The 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks are tuned specifically for the Super Duty application. Hard-anodized, corrosion-resistant, one-piece impact-extruded aluminum bodies with 7/8-inch shafts and FK Rod End bearings reduce deflection and extend service life. The shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable, so the system can be serviced or retuned rather than replaced when driving conditions or load requirements change.
Dual Rate Springs With a Lifetime Breakage Guarantee
The included dual rate coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage or sag. Dual rate construction means the spring rate changes progressively under load, which helps the truck ride comfortably empty and remain controlled when towing or carrying payload. Those are the two conditions Super Duty owners encounter most.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system is built for 2020-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with 4WD and a diesel engine. Owners who tow, work job sites, or run off-road and want a meaningful lift with improved ride quality over stock will find it well matched. The rear shocks support 0-3 inches of rear lift over stock, giving flexibility for owners who want a leveled or slightly lifted rear as well.
This system does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models, gas-engine Super Duty trucks, or 2WD configurations. It is not compatible with all factory OE wheel and tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset or less backspace are recommended (ICON Alloys 17x8.5 with 5" backspace / 6mm offset, 18x9 with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset, or 20x9 with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset). Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift rather than 2.5 inches. An adjustable track bar may be needed to realign the axle; ICON track bar bracket part 64039 is separately recommended to correct bump steer geometry. In rare cases a 2.6-degree alignment cam on one side is required for proper caster split. The brake line kit (part 61111) is optional and sold separately.
Common Questions
Does this system fit both gas and diesel Super Duty trucks?
The ICON Stage 2 system for 2020-2022 Super Duty is rated for diesel engines only. The coil springs are specifically rated for the weight of diesel-equipped trucks; the system is not validated for gas-engine F-250 or F-350 applications.
Will this kit work on my F-350 Cab and Chassis?
No. The ICON Stage 2 system K62522 is not compatible with F-350 Cab and Chassis models. It is designed for standard F-250 and F-350 Super Duty cab configurations with 4WD diesel drivetrains.
How much lift will I get if my truck has the Tremor package?
Trucks equipped with the Ford Tremor package will see approximately 1.5 inches of front lift over stock with this system, not the 2.5 inches achieved on standard 4WD Crew Cab Diesel configurations. This is a function of the Tremor's factory suspension geometry.
Do I need to replace my brake lines or track bar when installing this system?
The brake line kit (ICON part 61111) is optional, not required to complete the install, and is available separately for owners who prefer braided stainless lines over bending the factory steel lines. An adjustable track bar may be needed to realign the axle laterally; ICON track bar bracket part 64039 is separately recommended to correct bump steer geometry.
Are the shocks rebuildable, and what is the spring warranty?
The ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks included in this Stage 2 system are fully rebuildable and revalvable. The dual rate coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage or sag.
What wheels and tires are compatible with this lift?
This Stage 2 system is not compatible with all factory OE wheel and tire combinations. ICON recommends aftermarket wheels with lower offset or less backspace: 17x8.5 with 5-inch backspace / 6mm offset, 18x9 with 5.25-inch backspace / 6mm offset, or 20x9 with 5.25-inch backspace / 6mm offset. For tires, 35x12.50 inches is the recommended size; larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming or modifications.
