The ICON Stage 2 Suspension System is a complete coilover-conversion lift kit for 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks, delivering 4–5.5 inches of ride-height-adjustable lift on 2017–2019 models, 4.75–6.25 inches on 2020–2022 non-Tremor models, and 3.75–5.25 inches on 2020–2022 Tremor-equipped models. Springs in this system are rated for diesel engines only. The kit ships in multiple boxes and includes seven sub-assemblies covering front coilovers, rear shocks, radius arm drop, adjustable track bar, and block and U-bolt hardware.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Height Adjustability Without Compromise

The front coilover conversion mounts in the factory coil bucket location. No cutting or custom fabrication is required for the main installation. Because ride height is dialed in at the coilover collar rather than fixed by a static spacer, owners can fine-tune stance as load, tire size, or use case changes over time. The coilover design also opens the door for an optional secondary shock when additional damping capacity is needed for heavier loads or more aggressive terrain.

Damping and Hardware Built to Last

The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders, which resist corrosion and maintain a consistent finish over years of exposure to road salt, mud, and water crossings. Front coilover shock bodies are CAD-plated and carry 7/8-inch shafts. Vehicle-specific shock valving is calibrated for the F-250/F-350 platform, and every shock in the system is fully rebuildable and revalveable. A worn shock can be serviced rather than replaced outright, which matters on a system at this price point.

Spring and Bearing Quality

Eibach coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage. FK Rod End bearings are used at key pivot points for extended service life and minimal deflection under load. This is a meaningful detail on a heavy-duty truck that may see towing, payload, or trail use that accelerates wear on lesser hardware.

Features

  • Bolt-in coilover conversion: mounts in OE coil bucket location; coil centering cup removal required
  • Year-specific lift range: 4–5.5 in (2017–2019), 4.75–6.25 in (2020–2022 non-Tremor), 3.75–5.25 in (2020–2022 Tremor)
  • Rebuildable and revalveable shocks: fully serviceable front and rear dampers
  • Eibach coil springs: lifetime guarantee against sag or breakage; rated for diesel engines only
  • FK Rod End bearings: extended longevity and minimal deflection at pivot points
  • CAD-plated coilover bodies: corrosion-resistant finish with 7/8-inch shafts

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD owners running diesel engines who want a height-adjustable coilover lift in the 4–6.25-inch range, improved damping over stock, and hardware that can be rebuilt rather than replaced when it wears.

This system does not fit gas-engine F-250/F-350 trucks. Springs are rated for diesel engines only. It does not include the optional track bar bracket (part 64039), brake line kit (part 61110), carrier bearing drop bracket kit (part 33700), secondary shock, or any spanner wrenches; those are sold separately. Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket. This system is not designed for 2WD Super Duty models.

Common Questions

Does this system fit a gas-engine F-250 or F-350?

The ICON Stage 2 Suspension System's springs are rated for diesel engines only. A gas-engine 2017–2022 F-250 or F-350 is not a compatible application for this kit as configured.

What lift height will I get on my 2020 F-350 without the Tremor package?

On a 2020–2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty without the Tremor package, the ICON Stage 2 system provides a front lift height range of 4.75–6.25 inches over stock, adjustable at the coilover collar. Tremor-equipped 2020–2022 models have a range of 3.75–5.25 inches.

Is the track bar bracket included in this kit?

The adjustable track bar kit (part 64038) is included in the Stage 2 system. The optional track bar bump steer bracket (part 64039) is not included. It is recommended to correct steering geometry but must be purchased separately.

Can the shocks be serviced after installation?

Yes. Every shock in the ICON Stage 2 Suspension System is fully rebuildable and revalveable, so worn or damaged dampers can be serviced rather than replaced as a unit. ICON offers rebuild and revalving services for these shocks.

Do I need to modify the factory coil bucket?

The coilover conversion bolts into the OE coil bucket location, but installation requires removal of the coil centering cup inside the factory coil bucket. No cutting of the bucket itself is required, but the centering cup must come out before the coilover can seat correctly.

Will my factory wheels and tires still fit after installing this system?

OEM wheels and tires are confirmed compatible with the ICON Stage 2 Suspension System. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends 17x8.5-inch, 18x9-inch, or 20x9-inch ICON Alloys wheels with specific backspace and offset figures, and tires up to 37x12.50 inches without modification.
