The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Overland Suspension System is a bolt-on, three-component lift kit for 2021–2026 Gen3 Ford F-150 Raptor and Raptor R trucks running OE coilovers, delivering 2.25" of front lift on the standard Raptor (2" on the Raptor R) and 1" of rear lift on trucks carrying approximately 300 lb of additional rear weight. The system will not fit ICON or other aftermarket coilovers.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Corrected Geometry Without Cutting
The included billet aluminum upper control arm kit restores proper front-end geometry after the lift, adding on-vehicle camber and caster adjustability so alignment can be dialed in for the way the truck is driven. The UCAs replace the OE ball joint with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700): serviceable, rebuildable, and rated for 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without binding. Because the system is bolt-on and requires no cutting or fabrication, installation does not alter the truck's structure.
Triple-Rate Rear Springs Built for Loaded Raptors
The rear coil springs use a triple-rate design with three distinct spring rates: an extra-soft initial rate for maximum droop travel, a performance ride rate for everyday compliance, and an overload rate that resists bottoming under heavy cargo. The tapered wire construction maximizes travel and efficiency. This Overland configuration is calibrated for Raptors that carry a constant load of approximately 300 lb in the bed; trucks running lighter will see a different rear lift height than the stated 1".
Linear Front Springs That Keep Electronics Working
The front coil springs use a linear spring rate for consistent, predictable handling across the suspension's travel range. They are designed to maintain full compatibility with all versions of the OE electronic shock absorbers, so adaptive damping and related driver-assistance features continue to function. After installation, ADAS recalibration is required; do not combine this system with coil spacers.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2021–2026 Gen3 Ford F-150 Raptor and Raptor R owners running OE coilovers who want a bolt-on front lift with corrected geometry and a rear spring upgrade calibrated for trucks that regularly carry approximately 300 lb or more of gear, tools, or cargo in the bed.
This system does not fit trucks equipped with ICON or other aftermarket coilovers, and must not be combined with coil spacers. The 1" rear lift is calibrated for approximately 300 lb of additional rear load; trucks running lighter will see a different result. ADAS recalibration is required after installation and is not included.
Common Questions
Will this system work with my aftermarket coilovers?
The ICON Stage 2 Overland system is designed exclusively for 2021–2026 Gen3 F-150 Raptor and Raptor R trucks equipped with OE (factory) coilovers. It will not fit ICON or other aftermarket coilovers.
How much front lift will I get on a standard Raptor versus a Raptor R?
On a standard F-150 Raptor, the front coil springs in this Stage 2 system deliver 2.25" of lift over stock. On the F-150 Raptor R, the same springs deliver 2" of front lift over stock.
Why does the rear lift depend on how much weight is in the bed?
The Overland rear coil springs in this Stage 2 system are calibrated to deliver 1" of rear lift on a Raptor carrying approximately 300 lb of additional rear weight. Adding or removing accessories and cargo changes the effective load on the springs, which shifts the actual lift height up or down from the advertised figure.
Does installing this system affect the truck's electronic shock absorbers or driver-assistance features?
The front coil springs are designed to maintain full compatibility with all versions of the OE electronic shock absorbers, so adaptive damping continues to function. However, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is required after installation.
What components are included in the Stage 2 Overland system?
The Stage 2 Overland system includes three components: a front coil spring kit (part 95232), a billet aluminum upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO (part 98564DJ), and a triple-rate overland rear coil spring kit (part 95231).
