The ICON Stage 2 Billet Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade for 2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD trucks, delivering 0–2.63 inches of adjustable lift height through a 100% bolt-on kit that requires no drilling, cutting, or welding. The system pairs vehicle-specific-tuned 2.5-inch coilover shocks with billet upper control arms and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube rear shocks to increase wheel travel and damping ability over stock.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

More Wheel Travel, Better Damping Front and Rear

The front 2.5-inch coilover shocks feature an internal reservoir for heat dissipation during sustained off-road use, and ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs tuned specifically for the F-150's weight and geometry. Greater wheel travel means the suspension can absorb larger obstacles without transferring the impact to the cab, while vehicle-specific valving keeps the truck composed at highway speeds. The rear 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube shocks carry the same vehicle-specific valving philosophy, balancing front-to-rear damping so the truck does not push or wallow under load.

Billet Upper Control Arms with the Patented Delta Joint

The billet upper control arms are CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and replace the factory stamped-steel arms to add strength and retain factory alignment spec range while increasing caster over stock. Each arm uses ICON's patented Delta Joint: a high-angle ball joint that combines the articulation range of a uniball with the weather resistance of a conventional ball joint. A zinc-plated housing and grease seal protect the joint's metal-on-metal internals from corrosion and contamination, and a greasable design allows periodic maintenance to extend service life. FK Rod End bearings are used throughout for extended longevity and minimal deflection.

Adjustable Lift, Bolt-On Installation

Height adjustment across the full 0–2.63-inch range is built into the coilover collar, so lift can be set or changed without purchasing additional components. Because the system installs with existing mounting points and hardware, no fabrication is required. The coilovers are fully serviceable, and the system ships in multiple boxes ready for a professional installation.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD owners who want increased wheel travel, improved damping, and up to 2.63 inches of adjustable lift for mixed on-road and off-road use. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace than OEM are recommended: ICON Alloys 17x8.5-inch (5.00-inch backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9-inch (5.25-inch backspace / 6mm offset), or 20x9-inch (5.625-inch backspace / 16mm offset) are specifically noted as compatible. Recommended maximum tire size is 33x11.50 inches; larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications.

This system is not compatible with all available OEM wheel and tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset are required for clearance. It does not fit 2WD F-150 variants, and it does not fit F-150 model years outside 2009–2013 in this configuration. Lift heights stated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; actual lift may vary with different wheel, tire, or accessory loads. Common Questions

What trucks does this suspension system fit?

The ICON Stage 2 Billet Suspension System (SKU K93002) fits 2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD trucks only. It does not fit 2WD F-150 variants or F-150 model years outside that range in this configuration.

How much lift does this system provide?

The front coilovers are height-adjustable from 0 to 2.63 inches of lift. Lift heights are measured on a stock-equipped vehicle; actual lift height may differ with non-stock wheels, tires, or added accessories.

Does installation require cutting, drilling, or welding?

The ICON Stage 2 Billet system is a 100% bolt-on kit. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. The system ships in multiple boxes and is designed for professional installation.

What wheels and tires are compatible with this system?

This Stage 2 system is not compatible with all OEM wheel and tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace than stock are recommended. ICON Alloys 17x8.5-inch (5.00-inch backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9-inch (5.25-inch backspace / 6mm offset), and 20x9-inch (5.625-inch backspace / 16mm offset) are specifically noted as compatible. Maximum recommended tire size is 33x11.50 inches.

What is the Delta Joint, and why does it matter?

The Delta Joint is ICON's patented high-angle ball joint used in the billet upper control arms. It combines the wide articulation range of a uniball with the weather protection of a conventional ball joint, using a zinc-plated housing, grease seal, and greasable metal-on-metal construction to resist corrosion and extend service life in daily-driven and off-road conditions.

Are the shocks serviceable after installation?

Yes. The front 2.5-inch coilover shocks in this Stage 2 Billet system are fully serviceable.
