The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 13 2.5 Series Tubular Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, delivering 2-3.5 inches of front lift over stock on most i-Force gasoline models and supporting fitment of up to 35-inch tires. The system ships as seven matched components (2.5 VS CDEV remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a sway bar drop kit, tubular rear upper and lower links, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks, and an IIC install kit), all tuned together for balanced front-to-rear damping.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Active Damping Front and Rear
Every shock in the Stage 13 system carries ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), which allows compression adjustment from inside the vehicle without stopping. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system goes further: onboard sensors monitor G-forces and chassis movement and make near-instantaneous damping changes automatically based on terrain and user-defined settings. The IIC app (iOS required) lets the driver configure those settings wirelessly; once set, the system operates without driver input. This means the suspension responds to a washboard dirt road and a highway on-ramp differently without the driver touching anything.
Front Geometry Corrected, Travel Maximized
The 2.5-inch shock body and increased piston area of the VS 2.5 Series front coilovers yield up to 40% more front wheel travel over stock. The included tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve suspension component clearance. The Delta Joint PRO, a patented, serviceable, and rebuildable replacement for the OE ball joint, allows full bump and droop travel without bind. The included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links across the full range of suspension travel, letting the front suspension move freely without overstressing stock components.
Rear Links Built for Articulation and Adjustability
The tubular rear upper and lower links are fabricated from 1-3/4 x .313-inch wall DOM tubing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish. PTFE-lined FK rod ends provide increased articulation, reduced deflection, and link arm length adjustability for pinion angle correction. Multi-durometer bushings allow noise-free operation and maximum angularity without periodic greasing. The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks are tuned specifically for the Tundra, include an internal Bump Zone that adds 20% additional damping force against hard bottom-outs, and are also CDEV-equipped for active rear compression adjustment.

Who This Is For and Isn't
The Stage 13 system suits 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra owners running 4WD who want active electronically controlled damping, corrected front geometry, and the ability to run up to 35-inch tires with 2-3.5 inches of front lift. It is a strong fit for drivers who split time between highway miles and off-road terrain and want the suspension to adapt automatically.
This system is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundra or Sequoia models with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling air suspension require an additional bracket kit (ICON part 55153), sold separately. 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require an ICON differential drop kit (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage; TRD Pro models are exempt from this requirement. Vehicles with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. The IIC app requires an iOS device. If the vehicle has a TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional spacer kit (ICON part 55164) is required.
Common Questions
What is included in the Stage 13 system?
The ICON Stage 13 system for the 2022-2026 Tundra includes seven matched components: a 2.5 VS CDEV remote reservoir front coilover kit (58770E), a tubular upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO (58461DJ), a front sway bar drop kit (55154), a tubular rear lower link kit (54002T), a tubular rear upper link kit (54102T), a pair of 2.5 VS CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks (57840EP), and an IIC install kit (53508).
How much front lift does the Stage 13 system provide on a standard Tundra?
On most 2022-2026 Tundra sub-models with the i-Force gasoline engine, the Stage 13 system provides 2-3.5 inches of front lift over stock when used with the included tubular upper control arms. Models with the i-Force MAX hybrid engine typically achieve 2-3 inches of front lift. TRD Pro models are limited to 0-1.5 inches of front lift, and SR5 models with the TRD Sport Suspension package may see 3-4.5 inches. All lift ranges assume a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will affect actual lift height.
Is the Stage 13 system compatible with all Tundra trim levels and packages?
The Stage 13 system is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Vehicles with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling air suspension require an additional bracket kit sold separately. The system is designed for 4WD models; those without the TRD Off-Road package need an additional differential drop kit or Toyota TRD axles to prevent potential front axle damage.
Does the ICON Intelligent Control system require a smartphone?
Yes. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system is configured through the IIC app, which requires an iOS-operated device. Once the driver sets preferences in the app, the system monitors G-forces and chassis movement and makes compression damping adjustments automatically without further driver input. Android devices are not supported by the IIC app.
Are the shocks in the Stage 13 system rebuildable?
All ICON shock absorbers included in the Stage 13 system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. The front Delta Joint PRO ball joint is also serviceable and rebuildable, which extends the service life of the upper control arm assembly compared to a non-serviceable OE-style joint.
