The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 12 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade engineered specifically for 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 2WD models, delivering 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift and 0.75" of rear lift through a matched set of 2.5 Series CDEV coilovers, dual-rate rear coil springs, remote reservoir rear shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, and a billet adjustable rear track bar. This system is designed for 2WD configurations only.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Active Damping, Tuned for the Terrain
The front and rear 2.5 Series coilovers are equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), which allows the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system to read G-forces and chassis movement via onboard sensors and make near-instant compression damping adjustments at each shock individually. The suspension continuously adapts to changing terrain rather than relying on a fixed tune, which is useful when conditions shift between pavement, gravel, and technical off-road surfaces in a single run. The IIC system is also configurable wirelessly through the IIC app; once set, it operates without further driver input. Note: an iOS device is required to run the IIC app.
Corrected Geometry, More Travel
The included billet aluminum upper control arms are CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and replace the OEM upper control arms to correct front-end geometry at lifted ride heights. On-vehicle camber and caster adjustment is built in, so alignment can be dialed without removing the arms. The Delta Joint PRO replaces the OEM ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. OEM ball joints develop bind as lift height and wheel travel increase, making the Delta Joint PRO's rebuildable design a meaningful long-term advantage.
Balanced Front-to-Rear Performance
The dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer rate at ride height for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance under load or off-road. The 0.75" of rear lift brings the stance close to level front-to-rear. The billet adjustable rear track bar re-centers the rear axle after the lift and uses double adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle length adjustment without full disassembly. The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs and integrated bump zones are valved to balance with the front coilovers across the full range of use.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner owners on 2WD platforms who want a complete, electronically active suspension upgrade with meaningful lift, corrected geometry, and the ability to run 33" tires on recommended aftermarket wheels without fender trimming.
This system does not fit 4WD 4Runner models. Installation on a 4WD vehicle will damage the front axles. It is also not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Advertised lift heights apply to stock-weight, gasoline-engine vehicles; added accessories or weight will alter the actual lift range. The IIC app requires an iOS device.
Common Questions
Does this system fit the 4WD version of the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner?
No. The ICON Stage 12 system for the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner is engineered for 2WD models only. Installation on a 4WD model will damage the front axles. A separate system is required for 4WD fitment.
Will this system work on a 4Runner equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension?
No. The Stage 12 system is not compatible with 4Runner models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Buyers should confirm their vehicle's suspension configuration before ordering.
What does the ICON Intelligent Control system do, and what device does it require?
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement, then makes near-instant compression damping adjustments at each shock via the CDEV valve. Settings are configured wirelessly through the IIC app. An iOS-operated device is required to run the app; once configured, the system operates without further driver input.
What components are included in the Stage 12 kit?
The Stage 12 system includes: one front 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilover kit (part 58796E), one billet UCA Delta Joint PRO kit (58552DJ), one dual-rate rear spring kit (52753), one IIC install kit (53509), one billet adjustable rear track bar (54202), and one pair of 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks (57872EP).
Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this system?
Yes. The Stage 12 system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. This applies to any 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner equipped with ADAS features. Recalibration should be performed by a qualified technician.
