The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 12 complete suspension system is designed for 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia trucks and delivers 3-4.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock on non-TRD-equipped vehicles, with active electronic compression damping adjustment through ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). The system builds on Stage 11 by adding billet rear links and an adjustable billet track bar, and supports fitment of up to 35" tires with minor fender trimming. Sequoias equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro see a reduced front lift range of 1-2.5" and no rear lift height gain.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Active Damping That Reads the Road

Every shock in the Stage 12 system is equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), which the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system uses to make near-instant compression damping adjustments based on onboard G-force and chassis-movement sensors. Because the system responds continuously to terrain rather than waiting for driver input, the Sequoia maintains composed, controlled body motion whether the road surface changes suddenly or gradually. The IIC app, operated from an iOS device, lets the driver configure system behavior and monitor settings wirelessly; once configured, the system runs without further driver input.

Front Coilovers Built for Maximum Travel

The VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers provide a 2.5" shock body diameter and increased piston area compared to stock components, yielding up to 40% more front suspension travel over stock. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade under sustained hard use. Lift height is adjustable across the full 3-4.5" range when paired with the included ICON billet aluminum front upper control arms.

Geometry Correction from Front to Rear

The included tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry and add caster, improving straight-line tracking and reducing tire wear after a lift. The ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. Included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in the OE sway bar links across the full range of wheel travel, so no OE components are overstressed.

At the rear, tubular steel upper and lower links machined from 1-3/4 x .313 wall DOM tubing carry a multi-stage black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance. PTFE-lined FK rod ends allow increased articulation and reduced deflection; multi-durometer bushings provide quiet operation and maximum angularity without periodic greasing. The dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer ride-height rate combined with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and bottoming resistance off-road. The CNC-machined 6061 aluminum billet rear adjustable track bar centers the rear axle after the lift and features double-adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle length adjustment without removal or disassembly.

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Stage 12 system suits 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia owners who want active electronically controlled suspension with a 3-4.5" front lift on a non-TRD-equipped vehicle, the ability to run up to 35" tires, and a complete front-and-rear geometry-corrected kit in a single purchase. It is also appropriate for TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro Sequoias where a 1-2.5" front lift and level stance are the goal.

This system is not compatible with Sequoias equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. It does not fit any other Toyota model. Four-wheel-drive Sequoias without the TRD Pro package require the ICON Differential Drop Kit (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid front axle damage; that part is not included. Sequoias with automatic leveling headlights also require part 55153, sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. The IIC app requires an iOS device. If taller rear ride heights are desired on TRD-equipped vehicles, a different kit (K53242TS) is required instead. This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm (California Proposition 65).

Common Questions

What lift height does this system provide on a standard non-TRD Sequoia?

The Stage 12 system provides 3-4.5" of front lift over stock and 2" of rear lift over stock on 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoias not equipped with the TRD Off-Road package. Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the achieved lift range.

What lift height does this system provide on a TRD Off-Road or TRD Pro Sequoia?

On 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoias equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro, the Stage 12 system delivers a front lift range of 1-2.5" over stock and no rear lift height gain, resulting in a level stance front to rear. Owners wanting taller rear ride heights on TRD-equipped vehicles should consider kit K53242TS instead.

Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension or the factory air suspension?

The Stage 12 system is not compatible with Sequoias equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Sequoias with automatic leveling headlights can use this system but require an additional bracket kit (ICON part 55153), sold separately.

Does a 4WD Sequoia need any additional parts beyond what is included?

Four-wheel-drive 2023-2026 Sequoias without the TRD Pro package require either the ICON Differential Drop Kit (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent front axle damage; neither is included in the Stage 12 kit. TRD Pro models do not require the differential drop. Sequoias with a TRD aluminum skid plate also require part 55164, sold separately.

What does ICON Intelligent Control do, and what device does it require?

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement, then makes near-instant compression damping adjustments through the CDEV valve at each shock without driver input. The IIC app used to configure the system requires an iOS-operated device; Android is not supported.

Are the shocks and other components rebuildable?

All ICON shock absorbers in the Stage 12 system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. The Delta Joint PRO ball joint in the tubular upper control arms is also serviceable and rebuildable. The rear tubular links use multi-durometer bushings that do not require periodic greasing.
