The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 12 Billet Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear performance suspension upgrade for 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, delivering 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock. The system includes 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir coilovers front and rear, billet aluminum upper control arms, a billet adjustable rear track bar, billet rear upper and lower links, and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) active damping, all engineered specifically for the LC250 platform.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Active Damping That Reads the Road

Each 2.5 Series coilover and rear shock in the Stage 12 system is equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV). The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system reads onboard G-force and chassis-movement sensors and makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each individual shock without driver input. The IIC app (iOS required) lets the driver configure system behavior wirelessly; once set, the system operates autonomously. Remote reservoirs on every shock increase oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the cavitation and damper fade that occur under sustained hard use.

Corrected Geometry from Billet Components

The included billet aluminum upper control arm kit restores and improves front-end geometry at lifted ride heights, with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment and improved suspension component clearance. The ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit that allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. Front differential drop brackets and polyurethane differential mounting bushings work together to maximize available front wheel travel and limit differential movement under load.

Rear End Balance and On-Vehicle Adjustability

Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer rate at ride height for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance off-road, delivering 2" of rear lift for a level front-to-rear stance. The billet adjustable rear track bar re-centers the rear axle and uses double-adjuster rod end threads for fine length adjustment without removing or disassembling the bar. Billet rear upper and lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, combining free articulation with road-noise isolation. The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote-reservoir rear shocks carry vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance with the front coilovers.

Features

  • 2.5 Series CDEV Remote-Reservoir Coilovers (Front): vehicle-specific valving, 1.25–3" adjustable front lift, 7/8" shafts, CAD-plated bodies
  • ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): active compression damping via onboard sensors and iOS app; functions autonomously once configured
  • Billet Aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected geometry, on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, full bump-and-droop travel, rebuildable joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700)
  • Front Differential Drop Kit and Polyurethane Bushings: maximizes front wheel travel and limits differential movement under load
  • Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs: 2" rear lift, softer ride-height rate with firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance
  • Billet Rear Track Bar, Upper and Lower Links: on-vehicle adjustability, FK rod ends, dual-durometer greaseless bushings

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Stage 12 Billet system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series owners who want a complete, electronically controlled performance suspension upgrade with active damping, corrected geometry at lifted heights, and on-vehicle adjustability front and rear. It is well matched to builds running or planning to run 33" tires and aftermarket wheels in the recommended offset range.

This system does not fit any vehicle other than the 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series. Lift heights stated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories or cargo weight will alter the lift range. Installation requires ADAS recalibration after completion. The IIC app requires an iOS device. Tires larger than 33×11.50" may require fender trimming and additional modifications.

Common Questions

Does this system work with OEM wheels and tires?

The ICON Stage 12 Billet system is confirmed compatible with OEM Land Cruiser 250 Series wheels and tires. For aftermarket fitments, ICON recommends 17×8.5 wheels with 6.32" backspace / 40mm offset or 18×9 wheels with 6.6" backspace / 40mm offset, paired with tires up to 33×11.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming.

What does ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) do, and what device does it require?

IIC uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement, then makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each shock via the CDEV without driver input during driving. Initial configuration is done wirelessly through the IIC app, which requires an iOS device; once configured, the system operates autonomously.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installing this suspension system?

Yes. The ICON Stage 12 Billet system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation on the 2024–2026 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series. This is a post-install requirement noted in the application notes for this system.

Are the shocks and the Delta Joint PRO serviceable after installation?

The 2.5 Series shocks in this Stage 12 system are fully serviceable. The ICON Delta Joint PRO upper ball joint is designed to be serviceable and rebuildable, replacing the sealed OE ball joint with a unit that can be maintained over the life of the suspension rather than replaced as an assembly.

Will the stated lift heights change if the vehicle carries added accessories or cargo?

The 1.25–3" front and 2" rear lift heights stated for the Stage 12 Billet system are measured on a stock-equipped Land Cruiser 250 Series with no added accessories or cargo weight. Increasing vehicle weight through accessories, armor, or cargo will alter the actual lift range achieved.
