The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 (TRD) suspension system is a complete front and rear upgrade for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, delivering 1.25-3.5" of front lift (i-Force gas models) and .75" of rear lift on TRD-equipped trucks. Eight matched component kits are included: 2.5 Series CDXS remote reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, triple-rate rear coil springs, an adjustable rear track bar, billet rear upper and lower links, a sway bar drop kit, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote reservoir shocks.

Independent High- and Low-Speed Compression Tuning
Every shock absorber in the Stage 11 system carries ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valving, which separates high-speed and low-speed compression control into two independent 10-position detented adjustment knobs. Low-speed settings govern body roll and highway composure; high-speed settings govern how the suspension reacts to sharp impacts and rough terrain. Dialing each axis independently means a Tundra used for daily commuting and weekend trail runs can be tuned for both: tighten the low-speed knob for a planted highway feel, soften the high-speed knob to absorb rock ledges, then reverse the adjustment for a loaded tow day.
Up to 40% More Front Wheel Travel with Corrected Geometry
The 2.5 Series front coilovers use a larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area compared to stock, and the remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area to resist cavitation and damper fade under sustained hard use. Paired with the included billet aluminum upper control arms, front wheel travel increases up to 40% over stock. The billet UCAs restore corrected front-end geometry, adding on-vehicle camber and caster adjustability, and replace the OE ball joint with ICON's rebuildable Delta Joint PRO, which provides 90 degrees of total articulation and eliminates bind through full bump and droop travel.
Triple-Rate Rear Coils and a Centered Rear Axle
The triple-rate rear coil springs use a softer droop and mid-range rate for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance off-road. On a TRD-equipped Tundra the springs net .75" of rear lift; on a non-TRD Tundra they net 1.25". The billet aluminum adjustable rear track bar, CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and anodized, re-centers the rear axle after the lift is installed, with double-adjuster rod end threads that allow fine length adjustment without removing the bar from the vehicle. Billet rear upper and lower links, also CNC machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined FK rod ends and multi-durometer bushings, allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment and require no periodic greasing.
Features
- 2.5 Series CDXS remote reservoir front coilovers: vehicle-specific valving, 2.5" shock body, 10-position independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment
- Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected front geometry, on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, 90° articulation, fully rebuildable
- Triple-rate rear coil springs: .75" rear lift (TRD models) or 1.25" (non-TRD), softer droop rate with firmer overload rate
- Billet adjustable rear track bar: CNC machined 6061 aluminum, on-vehicle length adjustment via double-adjuster rod ends
- 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote reservoir shocks: internal Bump Zone adds 20% damping force at hard bottom-out, 10-position CDXS adjustment
- Sway bar drop brackets: reduce OE sway bar link bind through full suspension travel range

Who This Is For and Isn't
The Stage 11 (TRD) system suits 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra owners, particularly those with a TRD suspension package, who want a complete, tunable front and rear suspension upgrade supporting up to 35" tires, increased wheel travel, and independent compression damping control for mixed on- and off-road use. It is also appropriate for 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package when the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles are added separately.
This system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights require the separate ICON Air Ride/Auto Headlight Bracket Kit (Part 55153). Tundras with a TRD aluminum skid plate require the separate TRD Aluminum Skid Plate Spacer Kit (Part 55164). Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Lift heights stated are for a stock-weight vehicle; added accessories will alter the lift range. If lower rear ride heights are desired, consider ICON Part K53201D instead.
Common Questions
What is included in the Stage 11 (TRD) system?
The Stage 11 (TRD) system for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra includes eight matched kits: 2.5 Series CDXS remote reservoir front coilover kit, billet aluminum upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO, sway bar drop kit, billet rear lower link kit, billet rear upper link kit, billet adjustable rear track bar, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote reservoir shock pair, and a 1.25" lift triple-rate rear coil spring kit.
How does the front lift range vary by Tundra powertrain and trim?
Front lift range on the Stage 11 system depends on the Tundra's powertrain and trim. Most i-Force gasoline models achieve 1.25-3.5" of front lift over stock. i-Force MAX hybrid models achieve .75-3". TRD Pro models achieve 0-1.5". Tundra SR5 models with the TRD Sport package achieve 2.25-4.5". All figures are for a stock-weight vehicle without added accessories.
Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension or air suspension?
The Stage 11 (TRD) system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights only (not full air suspension) can use this system but require the separately purchased ICON Air Ride/Auto Headlight Bracket Kit (Part 55153).
Do 4WD Tundras without the TRD Off-Road package need additional parts?
For 4WD Tundra models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends adding the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part 55156) or using Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage. TRD Pro models do not require the differential drop. This additional part is sold separately and is not included in the Stage 11 system.
Does installation require any recalibration or additional steps?
Installing the Stage 11 (TRD) suspension system on a 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. Tundras with a TRD aluminum skid plate also require the separately purchased TRD Aluminum Skid Plate Spacer Kit (Part 55164).
