The ICON Stage 11 Billet Suspension System is a complete front and rear suspension upgrade for 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD models, delivering 1.25–3" of front lift and 0.75" of rear lift through a matched set of 2.5 Series CDXS remote-reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, dual-rate rear coil springs, billet rear links and track bar, and 2.5 Series CDXS remote-reservoir rear shocks. This system fits 4WD configurations only and is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Independent High- and Low-Speed Compression Control

Every shock in the Stage 11 system carries ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valving, which separates high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment into two independent knobs, each with 10 detented settings. Low-speed adjustment dials in body roll and highway composure; high-speed adjustment governs how the suspension reacts to sharp impacts and rough terrain. Having both controls on the vehicle means a driver can tune for a loaded overlanding run or an unloaded daily commute without removing a shock or returning to a shop.

Remote Reservoirs and Integrated Bump Zones Resist Fade

The front coilovers and rear shocks both use remote reservoirs, which increase shock oil volume and expand heat-dissipation surface area. That added capacity resists the fluid overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade under sustained hard use, including repeated water crossings, long washboard sections, and back-to-back trail runs. The rear 2.5 Series shocks also incorporate integrated bump zones, providing a secondary cushion before the suspension reaches full compression and protecting the chassis from hard bottom-outs.

Corrected Front Geometry with the Delta Joint PRO

The included billet 6061 aluminum upper control arms replace the OE units and restore correct camber and caster geometry at lifted ride heights, reducing tire wear and keeping steering feel consistent. The ICON Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit rated for 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. A front differential drop kit with polyurethane differential mounting bushings is included to maximize CV joint operating angles and available wheel travel at the lifted height.

Features

  • 2.5 Series CDXS Front Coilovers: vehicle-specific valving, remote reservoirs, CAD-plated bodies, 7/8" shafts, height adjustable for 1.25–3" front lift
  • Billet Aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, 90-degree articulation, serviceable and rebuildable
  • Front Differential Drop Kit: polyurethane differential mounting bushings, maximizes wheel travel and prevents CV bind
  • Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs: softer ride-height rate with firmer overload rate, 0.75" rear lift for a level stance
  • Billet Rear Links and Adjustable Track Bar: double-adjuster on-vehicle fine-tuning, dual-durometer greaseless bushings, FK rod ends, re-centers rear axle
  • 2.5 Series CDXS Rear Shocks: remote reservoirs, integrated bump zones, 7/8" shafts, vehicle-specific valving balanced to front coilovers

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Stage 11 Billet system suits 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD owners who want a complete, matched suspension upgrade covering daily driving, highway travel, off-road trails, and overlanding, with on-vehicle adjustability for both compression speed ranges front and rear.

This system does not fit 2WD 4Runner models in this configuration (the front differential drop kit is not applicable; 2WD-specific kits are sold separately), and it is not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Advertised lift heights apply to gasoline-engine models at stock vehicle weight; added accessories or a diesel/hybrid powertrain will alter the achieved lift range. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Larger tires than 33" x 11.50" may require fender trimming.

Common Questions

Does the Stage 11 Billet system fit 2WD 4Runner models?

The Stage 11 Billet system as configured is designed for 4WD 4Runner models. On a 2WD model, the included front differential drop kit (part 55160) is not needed, and the remaining suspension components can be purchased individually with full system functionality. A 2WD-specific Stage 11 kit is not yet available.

Is this system compatible with the Adaptive Variable Suspension option?

The ICON Stage 11 Billet system is not compatible with 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Buyers should confirm their vehicle's suspension configuration before ordering.

Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installing the Stage 11 system?

Yes, OEM wheels and tires are confirmed to fit with the Stage 11 Billet system installed. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends a 17x8.5 wheel with 6.32" backspace and 40mm offset, or an 18x9 with 6.6" backspace and 40mm offset, paired with a 33" x 11.50" tire. Larger tires may fit but can require fender trimming.

Do the shocks require any special maintenance or are they serviceable?

All shocks in the Stage 11 Billet system are fully serviceable. The Delta Joint PRO ball joint used in the billet upper control arms is also serviceable and rebuildable, extending the service life of the UCA assembly without requiring full replacement.

Does installing this system require any recalibration of vehicle electronics?

Yes. Installation of the Stage 11 Billet system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after the suspension work is complete. This step should be performed by a qualified installer with the appropriate diagnostic equipment for the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner.
