The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 2.5 Series CDXS Billet Suspension System is a complete front and rear suspension upgrade for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, delivering 1.25-3.5" of front lift (over stock, on i-Force gas models) with independent high- and low-speed compression damping adjustment front and rear. Eight matched components ship as one kit: 2.5 VS CDXS remote reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a sway bar drop kit, billet rear upper and lower links, a billet adjustable rear track bar, triple-rate rear coil springs, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote reservoir shocks.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Dual-Speed Compression Damping, Front and Rear

Every shock absorber in the Stage 11 kit carries ICON's CDXS valve, which separates high-speed and low-speed compression damping into two independently adjustable circuits, each with 10 detented settings. Low-speed adjustment shapes everyday handling response; high-speed adjustment controls how aggressively the suspension reacts to sharp impacts and rough terrain. Running matched CDXS valving front and rear means a single tuning session dials in the whole truck rather than chasing a compromise between mismatched dampers.

Remote Reservoirs and a 2.5" Shock Body

The front coilovers and rear shocks both use remote reservoirs to increase oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under sustained hard use, conventional shocks heat up, cavitate, and fade; the remote reservoirs extend the window of consistent damping significantly. The 2.5" shock body diameter increases piston area over stock, which ICON states yields up to 40% more front wheel travel than the factory setup. The rear shocks add an internal Bump Zone that generates an additional 20% of damping force near full compression to resist hard bottom-outs.

Billet Geometry Correction Throughout

The included billet 6061 aluminum upper control arms replace the OE arms and correct front-end geometry for the lifted ride height, adding on-vehicle camber and caster adjustability. The ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit rated for 90 degrees of total articulation, eliminating bind through full bump and droop travel. At the rear, CNC-machined billet upper and lower links with PTFE-lined FK rod ends and multi-durometer bushings allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment without periodic greasing. The billet adjustable track bar re-centers the rear axle after lift and adjusts on-vehicle without removal or disassembly.

Features

  • 2.5 VS CDXS Front Coilovers: remote reservoir, 2.5" shock body, 1.25-3.5" front lift adjustability over stock (i-Force gas models)
  • Billet Aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected geometry, on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, serviceable and rebuildable ball joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700)
  • Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs: softer droop/ride rate with firmer overload rate; nets 0.5" rear lift on non-TRD models
  • Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, double-adjuster rod ends for on-vehicle length adjustment
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS Rear Shocks: remote reservoir, internal Bump Zone, 10-setting CDXS high- and low-speed adjustment
  • Fully Rebuildable and Re-Tunable: all ICON shock absorbers in this system are serviceable

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra owners running 4WD who want 1.25-3.5" of front lift (gas models), clearance for up to 35" tires, and a fully adjustable damping setup that performs on pavement and off-road alike. It is specifically designed for vehicles without factory air or adaptive suspension.

This system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Tundras with automatic leveling headlights require an additional air ride/auto headlight bracket kit (sold separately). 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require an ICON differential drop kit or Toyota TRD axles (sold separately) to avoid front axle damage; TRD Pro models do not have this requirement. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Tundras equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate require an additional skid plate spacer kit (sold separately). Taller rear lift than 0.5" on TRD-equipped models requires a different kit.

Common Questions

What lift height will this Stage 11 system give my Tundra?

Front lift range depends on the engine and trim. Most Tundras with the i-Force gasoline engine achieve 1.25-3.5" of front lift over stock. The i-Force MAX hybrid narrows that to 0.75-3". TRD Pro models are limited to 0-1.5" front lift. SR5 models with the TRD Sport package can achieve 2.25-4.5". In the rear, the included triple-rate coil springs add 0.5" of lift on non-TRD Tundras and retain OE ride height on TRD suspension-equipped and TRD Pro models.

Is this system compatible with my Tundra's adaptive or air suspension?

The ICON Stage 11 2.5 CDXS Billet system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Tundras with automatic leveling headlights are compatible but require an additional ICON air ride/auto headlight bracket kit, sold separately.

Do I need any additional parts beyond what is included in the kit?

4WD Tundras without the TRD Off-Road package require an ICON differential drop kit or Toyota TRD axles (sold separately) to prevent front axle damage; TRD Pro models do not have this requirement. Tundras with a TRD aluminum skid plate need an ICON skid plate spacer kit (sold separately). All vehicles require ADAS recalibration after installation. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights need the ICON air ride/auto headlight bracket kit (sold separately).

What components are included in the Stage 11 kit?

The Stage 11 kit ships with eight matched components: a 2.5 VS CDXS remote reservoir front coilover kit, a billet aluminum upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO, a front sway bar drop kit, a billet rear lower link kit, a billet rear upper link kit, a billet adjustable rear track bar, a triple-rate rear coil spring kit, and a pair of 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote reservoir shocks.

What tire size does this system accommodate?

The Stage 11 system is designed to allow fitment of up to 35" tires. ICON notes that minor fender trimming and modifications may be required when running 35x12.50" tires. ICON's recommended aftermarket wheel spec for this application is a 17x8.5" wheel with 5.75" backspace and 25mm offset.
