The ICON Stage 10 Tubular Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear performance upgrade for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma trucks, delivering 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift height over stock through vehicle-specific 2.5 Series CDEV coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO ball joints, a front differential drop kit, tubular rear lower links, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks. This kit is configured for 4WD Tacoma models; 2WD installations do not require the included differential drop kit.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Active Damping That Reads the Terrain

Each 2.5 Series coilover and rear shock in this system carries ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), which allows the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system to make near-instant compression damping adjustments at each individual shock based on onboard sensor data (G-forces, chassis movement, and user-defined settings) without driver input once configured. The result is a suspension that responds to changing terrain automatically, reducing the mental load on the driver during technical off-road sections. The IIC system is controlled wirelessly through the IIC app; an iOS device is required to run the app.

Maximized Front Travel, Eliminated CV Bind

The front differential drop brackets, combined with ICON's specifically engineered coilover lengths, maximize available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to limit differential movement under load. The tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve suspension component clearance. The ICON Delta Joint PRO is a patented, serviceable, and rebuildable replacement for the OE ball joint: it allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind and carries 90 degrees of total articulation (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700).

Balanced Front-to-Rear Tune

The 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks use vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance with the front coilovers, and include integrated bump zones for improved damping at the limits of travel. Tubular rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, combining free articulation with isolation of road noise and vibration. The included rear shocks support 0–1" of rear lift over stock.

Features

  • 2.5 Series CDEV front coilovers: remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade under hard use
  • ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): active compression damping via onboard sensors and wireless app control; iOS device required
  • Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: patented (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), serviceable, rebuildable; 90° total articulation
  • Front differential drop kit: maximizes CV operating angle and available wheel travel on 4WD models
  • Tubular rear lower links: dual-durometer greaseless bushings and FK rod ends for articulation with vibration isolation
  • Adjustable lift height: 1.25–3" front lift over stock on a stock-equipped vehicle; accessories that add weight will alter the achieved lift range

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma 4WD owners who want active electronic damping control, corrected front geometry, and a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade in a single kit. It supports OEM wheel and tire fitment and accommodates up to 33" tires without body modification.

This kit will not fit Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs, or vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). It is configured for 4WD; 2WD buyers should contact TerrainVault, as 2WD-specific kits are forthcoming and the differential drop kit included here is not needed for 2WD. ADAS recalibration is required after installation and is not included. The IIC app requires an iOS device.

Common Questions

Does this kit work on 2WD Tacoma models?

The ICON Stage 10 Tubular system is configured for 4WD Tacoma models. A 2WD Tacoma installation does not require the included front differential drop kit (part 55160), and the remaining components can be purchased individually with full system functionality. ICON states that 2WD-specific kits are coming soon.

Will this fit a Tacoma with Adaptive Variable Suspension?

No. The ICON Stage 10 Tubular system is not compatible with Tacoma models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Buyers should confirm their trim level does not include AVS before ordering.

What lift height will this system achieve?

The Stage 10 system provides 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift height over stock on a stock-equipped Tacoma. Adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the achieved lift range. The included rear shocks support 0–1" of rear lift over stock.

Does the IIC app work on Android?

No. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app requires an iOS-operated device. Once the system is configured through the app, it functions without ongoing driver input, but initial setup and adjustments require an iPhone or iPad.

Is ADAS recalibration required after installation?

Yes. Installation of the ICON Stage 10 Tubular system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install. This recalibration is not included with the kit and should be performed by a qualified shop.
