The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma trucks, delivering 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift and 0.5" of rear lift through a matched set of seven component kits. The system is configured for 4WD Tacomas; a separate note covers 2WD installation. It is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles and will not fit Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Electronic Damping That Reads the Road

The front and rear shocks in this system use ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, which allows compression damping to be adjusted without leaving the cab. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) goes further: onboard sensors monitor chassis G-forces and movement, then make near-instantaneous damping changes at each shock automatically based on terrain and user-defined settings. The result is a system that responds to changing surfaces without driver input, so attention stays on the trail. An iOS device is required to configure the IIC app; once set, the system operates independently.

More Travel, Less Bind

The 2.5 Series front coilovers pair with a front differential drop kit and ICON-engineered coil springs sized specifically for this application. That combination maximizes available front suspension travel and prevents CV bind, a common consequence of lifting without addressing differential geometry. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the OE rubber units to limit differential movement under load. The tubular upper control arms add corrected front-end geometry and built-in additional caster, and the ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit that allows full bump and droop travel without bind.

Triple-Rate Rear for On-Road Comfort and Off-Road Resistance

The rear of the system uses triple-rate coil springs that provide a softer droop and ride rate with a firmer overload rate, balancing daily-driving comfort against bottoming resistance on rough terrain. Tubular rear lower links with dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other allow free articulation while isolating road noise. The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks carry integrated bump zones and vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance the rear tune with the front coilovers.

Features

  • CDEV Remote Reservoir Front Coilovers: 2.5 Series units with height adjustment for 1.25–3" front lift over stock
  • ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): sensor-driven active compression damping with wireless app configuration (iOS required)
  • Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO: corrected geometry, added caster, and a serviceable ball joint with 90 degrees of total articulation
  • Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs: 0.5" rear lift with graduated spring rates for comfort and bottoming resistance
  • Tubular Rear Lower Links: dual-durometer greaseless bushings and FK rod ends for articulation and noise isolation
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV Rear Shocks: remote reservoirs, integrated bump zones, and vehicle-specific valving

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma owners, 4WD or 2WD, who want a complete, electronically adjustable suspension upgrade with meaningful lift, increased wheel travel, and active damping control for mixed on-road and off-road use. OEM wheels and tires fit the system; 33x11.50" aftermarket tires are supported with the recommended wheel offsets.

This system will not fit 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs, and it is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. Advertised lift heights apply to stock-equipped vehicles; added accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the lift range. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the rear axle. The IIC app requires an iOS device.

Common Questions

Does this system work on a 2WD Tacoma?

The ICON Stage 10 system is configured for 4WD Tacomas, which require the included front differential drop kit (part 55160). On a 2WD Tacoma, that drop kit is not needed and the remaining suspension components can be purchased individually with full system functionality. A 2WD-specific kit is noted as coming soon from ICON.

What lift height can I expect after installing this system?

The Stage 10 system provides 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift and 0.5" of rear lift on a stock-equipped 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma. Adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the actual lift achieved, so final ride height depends on the loaded state of the truck.

What is ICON Intelligent Control and what device does it require?

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an active damping system that uses onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement and G-forces, then adjusts compression damping at each shock in near real time. Settings are configured wirelessly through the IIC app, which requires an iOS device. Once configured, the system operates automatically without driver input.

Will my factory wheels and tires fit after installing this system?

OEM wheels and tires are confirmed to fit the Stage 10 system on the 2024–2026 Tacoma. For aftermarket fitment, ICON recommends 17x8.5 wheels with 5.75" backspace and 25mm offset, or 18x9 wheels with 6.00" backspace and 25mm offset, paired with 33x11.50" tires. Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications.

Does installation require recalibration of any driver-assistance systems?

Yes. Installing the Stage 10 suspension system on a 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after the install is complete. An adjustable track bar is recommended (though not required) to realign the rear axle to the new ride height.
