The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 is a complete 2–3.5" lift suspension system engineered specifically for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra, building on the Stage 9 with the addition of billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links. Six component assemblies are included: 2.5 VS CDCV remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a sway bar drop kit, tubular rear upper and lower link kits, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear remote reservoir shocks. Lift height range varies by sub-model and powertrain; see application notes below.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Front Coilovers Built for Travel and Thermal Control

The 2.5 VS Series CDCV front coilovers deliver up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock components. The larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area are sized specifically for the Tundra's weight and geometry, so the added travel translates to real-world confidence on rough terrain rather than just a spec on paper. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the damper fade that occurs when shocks overheat under sustained hard use. Ten externally adjustable CDC Valve settings let the driver tune compression damping from soft to firm without tools or disassembly.

Corrected Geometry Through the Full Travel Range

The included tubular upper control arms replace the OE arms with corrected front-end geometry and additional built-in caster, reducing the alignment drift that stock arms develop when lifted. The patented ICON Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit rated for 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. Sway bar drop brackets reposition the OE sway bar link attachment point so the bar moves freely through the suspension's full travel range without overstressing OE components.

Rear Links That Add Articulation and Pinion Adjustability

The tubular rear upper and lower links are constructed from 1-3/4" x .313-wall DOM tubing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance. PTFE-lined FK rod ends allow increased articulation and link-length adjustability for pinion angle correction. Multi-durometer bushings provide quiet operation and wide angularity without periodic greasing. The 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear remote reservoir shocks complete the rear package: their internal Bump Zone adds 20% additional damping force at the end of travel to control hard bottom-outs, and their 10-setting CDC Valves match the front coilovers' adjustment range for balanced front-to-rear tuning.

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Stage 10 system suits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners running 4WD without the TRD Off-Road package who want the maximum available front travel increase, 10-way compression damping adjustment at all four corners, and rear-end geometry correction through adjustable upper and lower links. It accommodates up to 35" tires with the recommended ICON Alloys wheel spec and supports both on-road comfort tuning and off-road performance.

This system is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundra and Sequoia models with automatic leveling headlights or Load-Leveling Air Suspension require an additional bracket kit (ICON part 55153), sold separately. Tundra 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require an ICON Differential Drop (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage; TRD Pro models are exempt from this requirement. Tundra models equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate require ICON part 55164, sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Advertised lift heights apply to stock-equipped vehicles; added accessories that increase vehicle weight will alter the lift range. Common Questions

What makes the Stage 10 different from the Stage 9 system?

The ICON Stage 10 system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra adds billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links to everything included in the Stage 9 system. Those links allow pinion angle correction and increased rear suspension articulation through PTFE-lined FK rod ends and multi-durometer bushings, without requiring periodic greasing.

How much front lift does this system provide?

Front lift range depends on the Tundra's powertrain and trim. Most i-Force gasoline sub-models achieve 2–3.5" of front lift over stock. Most i-Force MAX hybrid sub-models achieve 2–3". TRD Pro models achieve 0–1.5". SR5 models with the TRD Sport Suspension package achieve 3–4.5". All figures are for stock-equipped vehicles; added weight from accessories will affect the actual lift range.

Are there Tundra trims or packages this system will not work with?

The Stage 10 system is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Vehicles with automatic leveling headlights require an additional bracket kit sold separately. Tundra 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package need an ICON Differential Drop kit or Toyota TRD axles to prevent potential front axle damage.

What is the largest tire this system supports?

ICON recommends a maximum tire size of 35" x 12.50" with this Stage 10 system on the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra. Minor fender trimming and modifications may be required to achieve clearance at that size. The recommended aftermarket wheel is an ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace and 25mm offset.

Are the shocks in this system rebuildable?

All ICON shock absorbers included in the Stage 10 system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. This applies to both the 2.5 VS CDCV front coilovers and the 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear remote reservoir shocks, allowing the dampers to be serviced and revalved rather than replaced outright.
