ICON Stage 10 2.5 CDCV Billet Suspension System for 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 is a complete 2.5 Series suspension system for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, delivering 1.25–3.5" of front lift (i-Force gas engine) with 10-setting CDC Valve compression damping adjustment on every shock absorber. The system includes six matched components: front coilovers, billet upper control arms, sway bar drop brackets, billet rear upper and lower links, and rear remote reservoir shocks, engineered as a balanced front-to-rear package. Lift range varies by powertrain and trim; see application notes below.

Tunable Damping From Street to Trail
Every shock absorber in the Stage 10 system carries ICON's CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valve: an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the remote reservoir across 10 discrete settings, from soft to hard. That range lets a Tundra owner dial in a compliant highway ride on Monday and stiffer off-road control on the weekend without touching a wrench. Front and rear shocks share the same 10-position adjustment range, so damping balance between axles stays consistent regardless of the setting chosen.
More Travel, Less Heat, No Fade
The 2.5 Series front coilovers use a larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area compared to stock, yielding up to 40% more front wheel travel over OEM. Remote reservoirs on both the front coilovers and rear shocks increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area, resisting the cavitation and damper fade that occur under sustained hard use. The rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks also incorporate an internal Bump Zone that adds 20% of damping force at the end of travel to control hard bottom-outs.
Corrected Geometry, Rebuildable Hardware
The included billet aluminum upper control arms are CNC machined and replace the OE ball joint with ICON's Delta Joint PRO, a serviceable, rebuildable joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) with 90 degrees of total articulation that allows full bump and droop travel without bind. The UCAs also provide on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment for alignment correction after lift. Billet rear upper and lower links are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized for corrosion resistance, and use PTFE-lined FK rod ends with ICON's double adjuster system for on-vehicle link length and pinion angle adjustment. Multi-durometer bushings throughout require no periodic greasing.

Who This Is For and Isn't
The Stage 10 system suits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners (on i-Force gas, i-Force MAX hybrid, or TRD Pro trims) who want a fully matched, tunable front-to-rear suspension upgrade with billet rear links, remote reservoir shocks on all four corners, and the ability to run up to 35" tires. It is also compatible with 4WD models that use Toyota TRD axles or the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part 55156) in place of stock front axles.
This system is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundra and Sequoia models with automatic leveling headlights require an additional Air Ride/Auto Headlight Bracket Kit (Part 55153), sold separately. Tundra models with the factory TRD aluminum skid plate require Part 55164, sold separately. For 4WD Tundra models without the TRD Off-Road package, the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles are required to avoid potential front axle damage; neither is included in the Stage 10 kit. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Lift heights stated are for a stock-weight vehicle; added accessories will reduce the available lift range.
Common Questions
What is the front lift range for a Tundra with the i-Force MAX hybrid engine?
On a 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra equipped with the i-Force MAX hybrid engine, the Stage 10 system provides 0.75–3" of front lift over stock. The wider 1.25–3.5" range applies to most Tundra sub-models with the i-Force gasoline engine. Lift heights are measured on a stock-weight vehicle; additional accessories reduce the available range.
Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension or the factory air suspension?
The ICON Stage 10 system is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundra models with automatic leveling headlights (but not full air suspension) can use this system with the addition of the ICON Air Ride/Auto Headlight Bracket Kit (Part 55153), which is sold separately.
What does the CDC Valve adjustment do, and how many settings does it have?
The CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valve is an externally adjustable valve fitted to every shock absorber in the Stage 10 system. It restricts oil flow into the remote reservoir to create 10 discrete levels of compression damping force, ranging from soft to hard. Adjusting the setting changes how firmly the suspension resists compression, letting the driver tune ride quality for highway or off-road use without removing any components.
Do 4WD Tundra models need additional parts beyond what is included?
For 4WD Tundra models without the TRD Off-Road package, the ICON Differential Drop Kit (Part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles are required to avoid potential front axle damage; neither is included in the Stage 10 kit. TRD Pro models do not require the differential drop. ADAS recalibration is also required after installation on all models.
Are the shocks and joints in this system rebuildable?
All shock absorbers in the Stage 10 system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. The Delta Joint PRO in the billet upper control arms is also serviceable and rebuildable, and it is covered by U.S. Patent 10,731,700. The billet rear links use PTFE-lined FK rod ends and multi-durometer bushings that require no periodic greasing.
Does this system carry a California Proposition 65 warning?
Yes. The ICON Stage 10 suspension system carries a California Proposition 65 warning: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth anomalies, or other reproductive harm.
