The front coilovers are built to F-150 Tremor-specific dimensions and tuned to ICON's valving spec for this application, producing a 20% gain in front wheel travel over the factory setup. More travel means the suspension can absorb larger obstacles without transferring the impact to the cab, which matters on washboard forest roads and rocky two-track where the stock suspension runs out of range quickly. Height adjustability across the 2.5-3" range lets owners dial in ride height to match their wheel, tire, and load preferences without swapping springs.

Delta Joint PRO Upper Control Arms

The billet aluminum upper control arms use ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO articulation joint, which combines factory-style ball-joint durability with motorsports-level strength. The Delta Joint PRO offers a full 90 degrees of articulation, a 14% improvement in range of motion over ICON's original Delta Joint, so the suspension moves through its complete travel without bind. The chromoly ball and shaft are hardened to Rockwell C 55, and the graphite-impregnated sintered-metal races are machined to close tolerance for a metal-to-metal bearing interface. Any component can be removed, inspected, and replaced individually; the joint does not need to be replaced as a unit. The arms also retain the factory alignment spec range and provide caster and camber adjustability on the vehicle.

Bolt-On Installation, No Cutting Required

Every component in this Stage 1 system installs using existing mounting points: no drilling, cutting, or welding. The coilover bodies are CAD-plated for corrosion resistance and use 7/8" shafts with FK rod-end bearings. The rear 2.0 aluminum-body IFP shocks use 5/8" hardened chromed steel shafts and vehicle-specific valving to balance rear damping with the upgraded front. All CNC-machined components are 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum.

It is compatible with 0-1" of rear lift over stock when paired with the included rear shocks.

This system fits only the F-150 Tremor variant and is not compatible with F-150 models equipped with OnBoard Scales or aftermarket steering knuckles. It is not compatible with all factory wheel and tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset are recommended (see application notes). Vehicles equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps require an additional bracket kit (ICON part 611071, sold separately). ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Common Questions

Does this system fit all F-150 model years and trims?

This Stage 1 suspension system is engineered exclusively for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 Tremor. It does not fit other F-150 trims, earlier model years, or other Ford trucks. The Tremor-specific coilover length and upper control arm geometry are not interchangeable with other F-150 applications.

Will my factory wheels and tires still fit after installing this system?

This Stage 1 system is not compatible with all factory F-150 Tremor wheel and tire combinations at the 2.5-3" lift height. ICON recommends aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace; specific recommended sizes are 17x8.5" with 5" backspace, 18x9" with 5.25" backspace, and 20x9" with 5.625" backspace. Tires up to 34x12.50" are recommended; larger tires may require fender trimming.

Does installation require any cutting, welding, or drilling?

This Stage 1 system is 100% bolt-on and uses existing factory mounting points. No drilling, cutting, or welding is required for installation. An installation guide is available from ICON Vehicle Dynamics for reference during the install process.

Are there any post-installation requirements?

After installing this Stage 1 suspension system, recalibration of the vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required. Vehicles equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps also require the ICON Dynamic Headlamp Sensor Bracket Kit (part 611071), which is sold separately and not included in this system.

Can the Delta Joint PRO ball joints be serviced without replacing the entire upper control arm?

The Delta Joint PRO is designed with a rebuildable, serviceable construction. The chromoly ball, shaft, and graphite-impregnated sintered-metal races can each be removed, inspected, and replaced without purchasing a complete new joint or upper control arm assembly.
