The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Tubular Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade for 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD models, delivering 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift and 0.75" of rear lift through six purpose-built components: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a front differential drop kit, dual-rate rear coil springs, 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir rear shocks, and a billet adjustable rear track bar.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Remote Reservoirs Front and Rear
The 2.5 Series front coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks both use remote reservoirs to increase shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. Under sustained hard use (repeated high-speed whoops, loaded trail runs, or back-to-back descents), that added capacity resists the overheating and cavitation that cause damper fade, so the suspension continues to perform at the end of a long day the same way it did at the start.
Corrected Geometry Through the Full Travel Range
The tubular upper control arms are built with corrected front-end geometry and added caster, improving component clearance and drivability at lifted ride heights. The ICON Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit offering 90 degrees of total articulation, allowing full bump and droop travel without bind. The front differential drop kit combines drop brackets and polyurethane differential mounting bushings to maximize available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind at the coilover lengths this system uses.
Rear Balance and On-Vehicle Adjustability
Dual-rate rear coil springs use a softer ride-height rate for on-road comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance off-road, producing 0.75" of rear lift for a level front-to-rear stance. The billet adjustable rear track bar re-centers the rear axle after the lift and uses double adjuster rod end threads for fine length adjustment without removing or disassembling the bar. The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks carry vehicle-specific valving tuned to balance with the front coilovers.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD owners running gasoline engines who want a complete, matched front-and-rear suspension upgrade with 1.25–3" of adjustable front lift, improved wheel travel, and the ability to run 33" tires on recommended aftermarket wheels without geometry compromise.
This system does not fit 2WD 4Runner models, hybrid powertrains, or any 4Runner equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). It is not a bolt-on for vehicles with non-stock weight from heavy accessories without accounting for the effect on lift range. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. That recalibration is not included in this kit.
Common Questions
Does this system fit a 4Runner with Adaptive Variable Suspension?
The ICON Stage 6 Tubular system for the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. Buyers with AVS should confirm compatibility with a suspension specialist before ordering.
What lift height should I expect on a stock gasoline 4Runner?
On a stock-weight 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner with a gasoline engine, the front coilovers are height-adjustable from 1.25" to 3" over stock, and the rear dual-rate coil springs provide approximately 0.75" of rear lift. Adding accessories or cargo weight will reduce the realized lift height.
Are the shocks in this system rebuildable?
Yes. Both the 2.5 Series front coilovers and the 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks in this Stage 6 system are fully serviceable. The tubular upper control arm's Delta Joint PRO ball joint is also serviceable and rebuildable, extending the usable life of the entire assembly.
Will OEM wheels and tires still fit after installing this system?
OEM wheel and tire fitment is confirmed with this Stage 6 system. For aftermarket fitments, ICON recommends a 17×8.5 wheel with 6.32" backspace and 40mm offset, or an ICON Alloys 18×9 with 6.6" backspace and 40mm offset, paired with a 33×11.50" tire. Larger tires may fit but require fender trimming and modifications.
Does installation require any recalibration or additional work beyond the kit?
After installing this Stage 6 Tubular system on a 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration. That recalibration service is not included in the kit and must be performed separately.
