The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System fits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks and delivers 2.5–3" of front lift (range varies by engine and Tremor package; see application notes below) through a complete front-and-rear suspension overhaul built around ICON's 2.5 VS Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, a dual steering stabilizer kit, an adjustable front track bar, and CDCV 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Ride Height You Can Dial In

The 2.5" remote reservoir coilovers are adjustable for ride height, so the truck can be set within the lift range rather than locked to a single height. The coilover design replaces the factory coil bucket setup and increases overall damping capacity, a meaningful upgrade for a truck that sees loaded towing one week and washboard forest roads the next. CDC Valves on both front and rear shocks provide 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings, from soft to hard, without removing the shocks from the vehicle.

Radius Arms Built for Clearance and Caster Control

The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms included in this Stage 4 system allow on-vehicle caster adjustment and are profiled specifically for tire clearance at full steering lock. A 37" tall tire clears the radius arm without contact at full lock. A sealed pivot bushing minimizes road feedback and is designed for long-term quiet operation. The arms replace the factory radius arms entirely, which is what separates Stage 4 from lower-stage systems in this lineup.

Corrosion Resistance Across Every Major Component

Coilover shock bodies are CAD plated for corrosion resistance and use 7/8" shafts. The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks feature one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for consistent finish and resistance to corrosion. FK Rod End bearings are used throughout for extended service life and minimal deflection. ICON engineered coil springs carry a lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage. All shocks in the system are fully rebuildable and revalveable.

Who This Is For and Isn't

This system suits owners of 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty trucks in 4WD configuration who want a complete front-and-rear suspension upgrade with adjustable ride height, external damping tuning, and the radius arm geometry needed for larger tires and improved caster control. Primary uses include towing, job-site work, and off-road driving.

This system does not fit F-350 Cab and Chassis models, 2WD Super Duty trucks, or any Super Duty outside the 2023–2026 model years. Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will see a reduced front lift range compared to non-Tremor trucks. Vehicles with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (ICON part 66203, sold separately). Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation. Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup from the factory coil bucket. The brake line kit (ICON part 61111) is optional but may be needed depending on installer preference.

Common Questions

What is the actual front lift height this system provides?

The ICON Stage 4 system's front lift range depends on engine and Tremor package: diesel trucks without Tremor lift 2.5–3", diesel trucks with Tremor lift 1.5–2", gas trucks without Tremor lift 3–3.5", and gas trucks with Tremor lift 2–2.5". All figures are over stock ride height on a stock-equipped vehicle.

Does this system fit F-350 Cab and Chassis or 2WD Super Duty trucks?

No. The ICON Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System is designed exclusively for 4WD F-250 and F-350 Super Duty crew cab, regular cab, and SuperCab body styles from 2023–2026. F-350 Cab and Chassis models and all 2WD Super Duty configurations are not compatible.

What tire sizes will clear with this system installed?

The fabricated radius arms in this Stage 4 system are profiled to clear a 37" tall tire at full steering lock without contact. ICON's recommended aftermarket tire size is 35" x 12.50". A 37" x 12.50" tire may fit but will require fender trimming and additional modifications.

Are there any post-installation requirements beyond the suspension work itself?

Yes. Vehicles equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after this system is installed. Trucks with OnBoard Scales also require ICON sensor bracket part number 66203, sold separately. ICON also recommends track bar bump steer bracket part number 64039 to correct bump steer geometry after installation.

Can the shocks be tuned or serviced after installation?

All shocks in the ICON Stage 4 system include CDC Valves with 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings, adjustable on the vehicle without removal. All shocks are also fully rebuildable and revalveable. A secondary front shock option is available; contact ICON Vehicle Dynamics directly for details on compatible secondary shock configurations.
